How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Create highly paid good jobs for intellectual. Extra benefits to b given to IIT/IIM or other national level qualified students. They should b honoured for their qualifications. Extension in ANY service beyond 60 yrs. should be stopped so that young brains should come up to lead the nation. Young brain is several times faster then a person of 60 years. Present generation is of computer age and much more faster then a 60 yrs or 62 years old person. By stopping extension new jobs can be created.

Particularly in ODISHA ,the Govt. AMMENDED A RULE FOR RECRUITMENT for all the post of Gr-B,Gr-C ,Gr-D, from 2013 that the candidates selected even by the ODISHA Staff SELECTION COMMISSION by 2/3 stage of exam will also work as contractual employee for minimum 6 years with salary basic pay+grade pay(for gr-B POST salary per month 9300+4200 only).NO ONE HAVING gd TALENT WILL WORK Under such state GOVT. Efficiently/ Stabbly ,so it will hamper the growth of the job seeker/state govt.

Employment is a big challenge in India, that's for our government invite all develop country for investing. Its very good and a good idea. But if we think different way that all young generation of India are moving to big city for batter job. None of them are like to do agriculture in village. If government try for it then billion of job will create from a single industry. that is AGRICULTURE
