How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Make the Higher Education System "GOOD TO WORK". The 'cream brain" do not go only for money, they go for work properly. The Higher education system is full of many GOD FATHERS, and the good brain do not put them in "BHAKTI MARG", they put them in "GYAN MARG" and the system does not like them "IN THE SYSTEM". Then, Talents are going for abroad and make their contribution in the development of that country. To stop brain-drain, there is a need of WORKING CULTURE, Not the GOD-FATHER'S Culture..

Dear Sir I w'd like to ventilate my concern over the forthcoming recruitment of GDS in India Post order no- 17 - 39/6/2012 GDS, 14/01/15. age limit is mentioned 18-30. This is a golden opportunity for every unemployed youth. but we are again deprived of this opportunity. so pls increase the age limit up to at least 35 yrs. Today unemployment is a great problem. So we should also be given this chance. pls sir think over it. this is an earnest request to u.

Dear sir, in India education system is not as per industrial requirements, the syllabie are very much old system. So it is very much required to make syllabus pattern as per industrial requirement. So that student can get job easily as well as they utilize their ideas to invent some thing new. I think pattern of syllabus will get change soon.

Education system needs to diluted during our times we use to get loaded with books as if our parents are sending us on a commando training today kids carry books as if they r on war. Although many schools r focusing on elearnings but a in a common family as in my locality were a child has to work in morning ans study at night and many times teachers are not available at those schools all these things still seem 100 years away. But for a urban child atleast its good if these programs get boost.
