4-Impractical unless roads are well connected maintained and widened
6-Only if commercial areas have adequate parking spaces for each store/outlet as per its serviceability, ELSE STORE/OUTLET LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED

1-Switch to PPP mode with stringent guidelines of safety, comfort and maintenance
2-Identify hubs for each locality and connect with the main route
3-Useless unless GPS mapped live tracking enabled
5-At least five fold growth forecast should be maintained during expansion and up-gradation

Sir Infrastructure is the biggest hurdle in Kakinada development. Proper drainage facilities n most important making people aware of civic responsibility, sir. Traffic rules, road rules are overlooked because many are unaware and police intervention in such cases is also less.

Widening of Main Road Phase I is still in progress in some segments.
For Phase II start-up, involve Trade Associations and Chamber of Commerce for proper motivation
