make an sitting arrangements like pushback seats convineantly, in day time. by making in double decker system, you can accomodate more passangers, in place of sleeper system.

Please use swipe machines at all ticket counter for payment to make it cashless. It will reduce the expanse many resources/staff who are only involved in to count and collect the money and deposit it to the bank.

now the biggest revenue earner would be your freight system introduce a new system like getting the goods from the clients with railways own freight vehicle in the cities and same in the case of delivery ,so far i think there is no system as such with this facility everybody will come knocking your doors

now look all the stations are pretty long enough you can open up factory outlets on platforms and you can earn hell of a money by doing that ,open the outlets by giving it up on lease or rents so that will harness your revenues perpetually

Make retirement age to be 55 yrs.
And fill the vacancy soon.
Because railway pays the salary of 2 employee to single employee of 55yr due to huge difference in basic pay

1). Remove the first A/C coaches from the trains between those stations where flights are cheap and equivalent to first A/C and increase the sleeper and third A/C coaches to accomodate more people.
2). Increase the length of trains by clubbing up trains moving on common routes at almost same times.(Just for example take Manduadih Express and Shramshakti Express between New Delhi and Kanpur). Then coaches can be removed from manduadih after reaching kanpur.
This would reduce delays a lot.

Hi its already too late the world is moving with super fast train to betterment of transport u should coordinate with courier services so u can deliver the product and manufactured goods soon so tie up with private partner to start fast deliver of goods in railways where it will help even to transport farmer goods from one place to another with in less time

Make Transport Identity Card With Sensor that makes those who comes to railway station its cuts basic Ticket amount if he travells it cuts the Tickets amount from starting station to ending station - it will be good for security in railwaystation too

सबसे पहले रेलवे को अपनी संम्पत्ति को पुनर्निर्माण में या निलाम करना चाहिए क्योंकि बहुत से कोच और पटरिया सड जाती है।
रेलवे को हर एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन में 1 कोच chaircar लगानी चाहिए।एक AC और एक 2nd seating इससे रैलव्य के किराए में भी वृद्धि होगी और पैसेंजर को भी सीट आसानी से मिल पाएगी।
रेलवे को अपने खाली जमीन पे जल्दी तैयार होने वाले पेड़ (जैसे पापुलर ,uk लिप्ट्स) लगवाना चाहिए इससे एक तो पर्यावरण संरक्षण होगा दूसरे long टर्म में पैसे आएंगे।
