Looking into advertising as major source of non-tariff revenues as well moving in other sector.
1.E-wallet for irctc(e-tickets).
2.Advertisement on bed roll provided. (Basically on packing in which bed roll are provided).
3.Railway FM on grade A and B station as well in coaches (entertainment as well advertisement).
4.Or moving in other segment like courier and shipping services by railway like DTDC ,Trackon etc.

Canteens
Many Railway Stations donot have canteen due to High RENT charged by the railways. however the rent can be modified if the canteen provides only tea and water bottles in addition to few eatbles.
many of rail canteens contract have been terminated due to heavy rent. IF categories of station are made and special concessions in rent are given then it will be a added advantage

MORE ATM's at Railway Station
The ATM's at railway station are only seen in metro cities or large station. if these ATM's are made available at all station it would give rent as well as easy access to public in case of emergency

ADVERTISEMENTs
Railway coaches and boogies are very large and even if 10-20 % of the said coaches display Advertisement it would be a huge revenue for the railways

Hello Sir!
Indian Rialways has well established manufacturing and engineering Units. This can be very helpful to generate the non fare revenue. We can take up the contract of the railways develoment in our neighbouring countries such as Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Srilanka and Pakistan where rail infrastructure is nothing. These countries cant afford the costly western railways where indian railway has the cost effective production approach.
