Education is the basic thing with which remaining things like social economical things are corelated. 1 Please train the teachers 2.Set them targets to look after every individual performance 3.allow corporate companies to train and groom rural students 4.Make the necessary facilities to primary govt schools to compete with corporate world in getting entrance test ranks in iits nits etc... 4.DEO range officials has to make inspections regularly for every 3 months

Respected Sir, Ensure board in private colleges consists of only teachers, Owners shudn't have executive control. Don't make teachers slaves. It can be done by regular inspection. Students shudn't be treated as customers. Ensure the availability of regular teachers in every college. Ensure yearly increment of teachers. Make teaching profession an attractive and respectable proposition. If teachers' respect is not secured, students are mere unprocessed outputs that turns a loss to the nation.

Hon'ble Sir, Kindly ensure that teachers are well and timely paid treated as partners not workers. They are trained and given proper load. Kindly save the dignity of NET qualification, as NIRF and AICTE disregard it essential qualification. Kindly provide grants for BBA and MBA courses as they are self-finance course. Ensure Every college has permanent faculty. Kindly provide scholarship to NET qualified for research as well at par with JRF. Treat NET and JRF equally Please sir save our dignity.

Put Fee Cap on all private Schools. Recognise Home Schooling to eliminate waste Private schools which are good for nothing, only money spinners mostly for politicians. Reduce time gap 5yrs for Class 1 admission and reduce 6-12th time period; wasting precious years in schools for no learning, give industry outlook in this time so they know what they want in life faster rather than becoming another cleptocrate.

AFTER HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT CAN GO FOR MEDICAL OR ENGINEERING OR LAW OR OTHER SPECIALIZED COURSES OR CAREER.AT THIS TIME STUDENT GET TH AGE OF 15[FIFTEEN] YEARS AT TIME OF HIGH SCHOOL.INTERMEDIATE IS ONLY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY OF THE COUNTRY.BECAME PROFESSINOL EARLY AGE CAN MAKE ALOT OF CHANGE

The education policy should be much more focused to address the educational need of the deprived sections especially in poverty prone, natural calamities prone,deprived communities especially STs, SCs, monorities, girl child and other communities residing in difficult to reach areas, mining areas and slum areas.Overall policy should be to spend 10-12 % of our GDP on education.Sports and games should be a part of educational policy for nation building. 1.Students should be evaluated on the basis of their own skills and should not be on the basis of marks. Because, some 25 years back students were evluated based on their style of presentation, vocabulary and general interelligence in exams. Whereas, now-a-days the evaluation of students in exams are evaluated based on the pre-developed "key" answer to the questions; particularly in Tamil Nadu. Evaluation should not orient in mark scoring.

Namaste, policies should be made not by looking into Western Education System, rather into our own history of education system. Our's is rich and valued systems, however, policies shall be amalgamation of Indian and modern way of learning. Education should enhance skills, values & thinking for current needs. Student should have freedom to choose any subject of his interest without any hurdles. Schools should be a learning place not business hub. No reservation but support for unaffordable person

Corporate social responsibility should include an item for uplifting morals, and educating of jobless or non-skilled persons/groups. For example any individual or organisation spending time/interacting with college students, school going students for mutual benefit should be encouraged and should be considered as part of Corporate social responsibility.
