sir the first and foremost thing I believe is that the status of govt schools are very poor and Revising syllabus to improve level without basic infra structure, is just like " SHEKH CHILLI K SAPNE".
A. The teachers are also not able to cop-up with the primary level students, how can we expect them to improve our future?
B.the teachers also must have to appear in exam every year to proof their level and competency.
c. The teachers must be given only teaching responsibilities.
thanks

4. Apart from that they are engaged in all govt schemes like voter id card,JANGANANA,aadhar card, surveys, opening bank account and more.
5.i personally observed that it is not possible them to spare times to the children for their growth, improvement and the basic teaching.
6. it is proposed that at least 2 teachers may be deployed in each schools.
7. and they must not be permitted to other works except teaching & education.
8. regular monitoring of their performance should be done for improve

Sir i found that instead of revising syllabus as compare to private schools, the following things must be ensured properly :
1. no of teachers(permanent or temporary ) must be increase.
2. most of the schools are having only 01 teacher for class 1 to 5.
3. they are engaged in making daily reports of all govt's format for education improvement, submitting them to block office and attending various meetings and training programmes at block, tahsil or district level.

I am the part of "DR APJ ABDUL KALAM SHIKSHA GUNVATTA ABHIYAN" run by CG govt for the improvement of primary and middle school standard from last one year and surveying schools.
i observed that syllabus are completely revised and almost equal to a top brand schools in India and govt is trying to implement it in all schools.

not so. Teaching has become like any other job. No importance given to it. There should not be any reservations for teacher jobs, they should paid well and taken care well so that they can dedicate themselves for the nations cause. Unless some thing is not done in true spirit I don't see bright future for this country.

Further to my previous post, I firmly believe that Govt should play major role in revamping the education system. Entire curriculum across the nation to be revamped to give choice to the students to study as per their liking. There should be all India teachers service and those who have passion towards teaching only should become teaching. A good teacher should have good value system as he is the one who will inculcate the value system in kids who are our future. Unfortunately now a days this is

Gurubrahma Gururvishnuhu Gurudevo Maheshwaraha..Gurusakshat parabrahma tasmaisree gurave namaha !!! Now a days we can hardly see anybody respecting their Gurus. This is not their fault..The quality of Gurus is far below what it is used to be..Education has become commercialised..In AP & Telangana education is a business worth crores of rupees..many students commit suicide as they were not able to coop up the pressure. Entire eduction system to be revamped thoroughly.

Sir, Condition of government school are pathetic.
Either there is no students in school. like modi ji started policy for adoption of villages
