#NationalEducationPolicy, #MHRD, #MyGov Before, 1991, job of teaching was respectable even when there was prevalent red tapism. After the globalization, teaching becomes residual job. Applicant not getting a coveted job in MNCs, Civil Services and Defence choose teaching. It led the frustration among teachers and they try to gain more and more money on cost of teaching. Before changing the education policy change selection process of teachers and provide them better training for their esteem.

Feeling of the real world progression would enable him gain interest in those subjects and will not study every thing as general and fail to implicate when he is in job . National feelings must be inducted in a child and that memory stays . Can we think that Today ,india have to keep police and various enforcement mechanism for its own citizens after 70 years of independence .This is because ,we have failed to developed nationalistic feeling other than self centric thinking .

This will help a student to have a feel of his country , and responsibility to his country too. This will help him link up his study with his future goal of skill This will help him to choose his carrier or Atleast his way of life too. Every student get as much as the bookish knowledge as of the syllabus ,gets some skill ,get a job and never end up involved in corruption or remaining self centred and thus seize his intention to teach any one .

NEP should focus on For school level education 1. Creation of regulatory bodies to control private school fees across the country. 2. Improve Govt. School infrastructure . For higher education 1. Instead of opening more colleges focus should be on improving existing infrastructure and more practical approach. 2. APTU university formerly uptu has more than 800 colleges . Students have regular issues like wrong results , degrees not on time, no proper student helpline. one case.

Dear Sir, We all know that the education given in IIT's & IIM's are very exceptional. Students who study in these premier institution are well educated but are educated on subsidized fee. The subsidy is given from the tax payers money. The person who study from Indian tax payer's money should work for the Indian Institutes and not for private firms or in foreign countries. Govt. should take steps in this issue and bond them to work for the nation for which they are suppose to. Balakrishnan.B

Dear Sir, The first and foremost point to be emphasized in NEP should be to - recruit as many qaulity teachers as required in all the schools. I have seen in the news that most of the govt schools are running short of teachers and those who are present are incapable & unsuitable for the post. - Please time should not be wasted in drafting the policy - all other points can be done subsequently during the process.Govt must do 1 thing at a time - and start solving the issues 1 by 1 .
