India is having premier Govt sponsored institutions like IIMs, IIM-C, IITs & AIIMS.These institutes are delivering exceptional talents which is globally recognized. Now Govt should seriously thinks that why Govt Organisations are failed to attract/offer on-Campus Job offers to the students of these premier institutions? While MNNc are picked them hand to hand?? Govt should ease the placement norms to retain our best talents to flourish "Make In India" in true sense.

Teacher selection exam should be subject based, for example if a teacher have to teach science of class 10th standard than exam shouls content wide knowledge of 10th level than a proper training to teach that class.
Regular tests of students should be taken and if any class performs continuosly poorly tham the teacher must be punished by sending him to atain the teaining again with half payment! Now teachers dont even go to classrooms most of them just comfortably seat in offices!!

In our universities their is only one sports teacher for all sports who know nothing about sports, who just hv a degree on sports. Our ethletes are dying in poority we should apoint national and international level athletes specific to the game and different coach for different sport. It will encourage the player to do their best to get a job in university and at the same time once our glory will live life proudly. Sellecrion of sports teacher should be besed on his personal achievements!!

Sir our educayion systems biggest problem is it is not intrest based, everyone has to study same thing, if student will have to study only that what he wants to study, he can do best on that, for example in nits every student have to study same syllabus their is no option for their intrest feilds, and the first year is total waiste of time and kills yhe enthusiasm of doing something, why an comp student have to study engineering drawing and mecganical and civil, even architects dont need ed

We Indians are very theoretical people. Educations is all theory with no focus on learning but cramming. NEP's aim shall be to get students attracted towards education. Introduce model based Video based learning. In model based learning, rel life models are used to demonstrate Geography, Physics subjects from class 7th onwards.Videos based learning on key topics from class 5 onwards to get children hooked to history, science and languge.
Students to chose mix of subject after class 9 not 11.

I suggest that basic traffic rules should be included in the syllabus of children in their studieS because we all know that very few of us actually follow traffic rules and laws.I think the reason behind this is that in fact we have not been thought to observe traffic laws in our school in childhood. If child is made aware of traffic laws in early days it would make him respect the law and we would take a big step towards being really civilised society.

We should have a very humble goal for education, given the ground reality that our schooling system is woefully inadequate. We have found that it is very difficult, and almost impossible to educate poor children who have not been exposed to formal education. They can not grasp language skills, and more so can not do even simple addition and subtractions. A large chunk of new generation is thus unfit to even become a skilled laborer. We must enforce education and stress upon primary years.

MY SUGGEDTION IS TO NEP 2016..COUNCELLING OF EVERY PERSON BELONGING TO SCHOOL CAMPUS MUST BE COMPULSORY ESPECIALLY BOTH TEACHERSN STUDENTS,,BECAUSE IF WE REGULARLY COUNCEL THEM...WE CAN MORE CONNECT TO THEM N THAN WE CAN RESOLVE EVERY ISSUE VERY FRIENDLY AND ACTIVELY....NOW A DAYS NO SCHOOL HAS SUCH FACILITIES...SO WE SHOULD ONCE THINK UPON IT...

Dear Sir,
The first and foremost point to be emphasized in NEP should be to - recruit as many qaulity teachers as required in all the schools. I have seen in the news that most of the govt schools are running short of teachers and those who are present are incapable & unsuitable for the post. - Please time should not be wasted in drafting the policy - all other points can be done subsequently during the process.Govt must do 1 thing at a time - and start solving the issues 1 by 1 .
