All they need a open environment where they can judge and understand. This need to be developed from childhood. Ban on the private coaching who run courses for school undergoing student. Make their attendance possible in the school.

So why the schools are made for. In these factory there is only focus on the exam patterns and how to crack exam. There is no extra circular activity. Kids can’t think of their own. So how they are going to be creative rather a mechanical object. And later we going to hear that 80% of Indian student are unemployable. They never going to be the future of India. Mind can’t be creative with the study burden they need to learn from their people, society and their culture.........

Ban on the private coaching: Many of the school teacher have private coaching centres, ask them what they do in the school. Many of coaching offer the courses for the student undergoing school. They take admission in the school and learn in private coaching because they take guarantee for their result but unfortunately we always see the suicide cases. Many of them are offering IIT-JEE course from class VI or VIII........

SALARY to faculty members in colleges is not being paid on time in Pune and in several colleges in Maharashtra. iT IS NECESSARY for regulators to verify that the salary is deposited electronically on time to all faculty members and that malpractices of transfer of student fees by the college owners for purposes other than education (such as the private businesses of the owners) be prevented. This "GURU DROHA" should be prevented.

Teacher performance index: All you must be familiar with the teaching attitude of maximum of the teacher in school or institute. How and what they teach in classes i.e., quantity and quality. Private coaching are proof for my words. So there is need for the evaluation for the performance of teacher also.

Teaching is a noble profession so teacher must be honest to their student because it is your future. Need to adopt our ancient culture of GURUKUL. Educational institute must not be a factory of earning money. IT IS A MANDIR WHERE WE SHOULD WORSHIP SARASWATI, GODDES OF VIDYA. Education is a process of liberation, “ya vidya sa vimuktaye”.

2.Training chain b/t different level of institutes: there should be a chain between different level of technical/non-technical institutes like this one “Research Institutes →IITs →Other Engineering colleges →Diploma/ Polytechnique institute →ITI”. Made it mandatory for the superior to organise workshops/training programs/competitions for the learners and also mandatory for the institute to participate.

Basic Curriculum: To seed the learning & research skill from beginning of education govt. need to mandatory the courses which include weekly activity, viva, presentation, speech, quizzes, writing competition related to their syllabus & other extra circular activity including sports, cultural, social theme. Make mandatory to organise quiz, competitions among student annually. Teacher & managing authority of school/institutes must be trained for that. All know bookish knowledge has no worth.

i would like to say that adopting policy of promoting students directly to next level without passing exam convert them relax and make them incapable to face problem in future so i would request u make compulsory board exam at different level like 8th , 10th ,12th .
