1. Most intelligent people often choose other professions like Engng. and Medical, and/or Mngmt, and not teaching. But many of them keep interest in teaching, who don't get any scope for the passion. A mechanism, like a panel of interested professionals for teaching in diff courses, may be made and suitably utilised, which can benefit all concerned.
ii) Sometimes, some teachers are found not good at teaching but there is no scope for their shifting to other professions. This deserves a thght.

Self -Development through Comprehensive Education:To develop sense of compassion among students we must ask students finishing 12th std to join a recognised NGO running orphanages or institutions for differently abled, free old age homes and work there for a minimum of 20 days without any remuneration. They should be given a certicate by the NGO with remarks on the quality of the work .This should be given weightage in addition to entrance exam marks

1- In my view learning of languages is great intelligence enhancer. it is suggested that a 3 plus 1 languages should be taught from KG onwards
Language one-Mother tongue of state;language two-English;Language Three-any other Indian language of schedule list;language four- any foreign Language.
the effect of this policy implementation would take 12 years but impact will be for centuries.

Reduce the stress of students . Make sports a career. Include yoga as a part of curriculum.our education system is based on cramming please make it more interesting.reduce the weight of school bags. Give jobs to students instead of making them run after marks only. Make quality of government schools as good as private schools. Make one board all over india instead of different state boards.

I feel that we should implement a single Education Board system throughout India. This will make the education system uniform & more systematic, efficient & effective throughout the country.

Teacher was the building block of the society. At present there is a huge demand of perfect teacher. Now a day especially in government school, either the teacher is not qualified or they have no interest to teach in the school. It is very big issue. I want to work especially for village children, but need financial support. I am MCA, and written few Tutorial for beginners to increase interest to learn computer.
Everyone has some talent and they have to utilise it for society.
