Enforce NET qualification compulsory for teaching,Regulate institutions and compel them to recruit permanent faculty. Malpractices in higher education(on paper recruitment, salary not properly distributed, no focus on research, compulsion for bringing admission, load beyond norms etc.) shud be curbed. It is high time where the dignity of teacher is at stake, I beg you to save education from mafias, otherwise demographic dividend would be lost. Nobody wants to be a teacher,we r regarded as FALTU

I don't know if it's too late to include but I think it will be appropriate to include a mission of adopting govt. Schools by private schools in their locality. It will help to improve the administrative efficiency of our govt schools as the schools can be managed my expert management having experience in managing big educational institutions, also it will allow many other opportunities like scholarship for performing students, common cultural events, student visiting programs and many other thngs.

1. Health and hygiene lesson must be included in the curriculum at all levels till xth standard. This is in keeping with PM's Swachh Bharat dream.
2. IT education should begin as early as 2nd standard (not to wait till 6th standard)
3. Privatization of public school may be a revolutionary step
4. Science practicals may be introduced right from 4th standard. Children at this age grasp practical demos.
5. Teach Sex education and related legal provisions, Acts, punishments etc in 8th class.

Hi sir,
I have some points to say some points to say
1. Reservations has to be there for equality but some changes has to be made.ST's are living in metropolitan cities and that too in secretariats. What a shame please change this.
2. Coming to government schools all facilities are good in government schools. We need to concentrate on the private schools. Make the changes such that every school has to follow the same rules like (timings, syllabus, medium).

1. Centralized kitchen suggested in the draft proposal may make more children vulnerable to accident and local hospitals may not be adequately equipped to handle large number of patients
2. Shortage of secondary school teachers- Retired government employees can be approached, some of them may even volunteer. A bank/list of such local volunteers can be prepared online.
3. Teacher's accountability is questioned- the root cause lies in non -payment of their salaries on time and lack of training.

Very easy option is to make mandatory to study government and political person children to join government school.
Other thing is below ...
There should be proper appreciation system is needed to better utilize the resources we have and this appreciation system should at lowest level to encourage the good teacher. This encouragement should be monitory and non monitory both. And at the school level appreciation should be the part to make compatiative environment among school.

For development of education level in india is first to reservation free, those who r capable to do they are eligibal on the basis or their knowldge not by the reservation percentage we seen many time due to reservation the diserve candidate not eligibal to do becoz of due to reservation system in our education system.
And one more thing the Teachers should be selected on the basis of nationalised exam not bye the refrences.

If you really want to improve medic health services in india.
Just do one thing make neet compulsory for every ug pg n specialized exam in all medical college mainly private..
And make sure there is no leakage like paper leak or other types of setting is completly stopped.
Make a law , if any student found admission through paper lekage or donation or college setting ..
Punish student as well as institution ..
90% problem solve due to this...
Thanks
