We need professors, but perhaps different kind of professors—not so lofty though still theoretical and idea driven and research based—but more practical ones to educate students for what’s going on now. Smart students can overcome teacher, professor, instructor limitations in any grade. It’s the average students who need more help—the world is run by C students, the daily workers. Right now many colleges focus on great facilities, sports teams, good living quarters—but people need careers.

Teachers play important role in any education. There should be standard guidelines for the Teachers at each stage - primary, secondary, higher secondary, graduation, post graduation. It should be mandatory for schools & colleges to have regular training for teachers. The syllabus should be talking about positive things & generate positivity in students. One sport should be compulsory for student.

Sir, I think self defence education must be introduced in schools from primery level as it is need of current insecure environment. And Schools must be hiegenic. One thing is that there should be syllabus which will create awareness about nationalism towards our country.

In my opinion all initiative are best but one thing can also be applied there is compulsion for all staff in government schools to teach there children in same school where they are working. This can change situation drastically.
