With the bedrolls in ac class mostly towels are not given. Even many times they give used bed sheets and pillow covers. Blankets are given undrycleaned for too many times. Once a lady at my opposite birth was suffering from severe viral and used a blanket. when she got down it was given to another passenger on that seat.

1) Hire the best people as teacher
2) Give more facility and salary to teaching staff such that best people get attracted .
3) Our education system is mostly based on memorising skill . Syllabus and exams should be made to develop and check thinking skill not only memorising skill .
4) Technical education should be made more practica . Currently it is mostly theoretical . People passing out from IIT hardly have on hands skill on any technical equipments .
5) More practical less books .
