The level of higher studies is at its worst, all over the country primarily due to the appointment of incompetent faculties. All the Universities and Institution recruit independently and only a few posts per stream. The irony is that one can not get the position without a jack or money, whether you are competent or not!!!! The situation will not improve without improving the quality faculties. Therefore, I suggest to establish a centralized "Higher education recruitment council" like UPSC.

Ignorance make children vulnerable. They must be taught about their Socio-legal rights, duties and punishments in an effective way at right age. This will make them well informed citizens and prevent violations and punishments.

The following are my suggestion for an improved and feasible NEP:
1.Addition to initiative No 4.1.3 (page no18):However central government would fix a maximum time frame for the states to achieve it.
2. Addition to initiative no 4.4.7(page no20): The facility of the counsellors should be expanded even to parents. The appointed counsellors should counsel both the student and Their parents for choosing the appropriate course of study based on the aptitude test.

I am leaving in nagpur. There are about 36 and above engineering college under nagpur university. Main problem in engineering college is that Most of teachers are not at all interested in teaching. For sake of money they doing teaching.I think if teachers have knowledge it is very useful for students but if they not able to teach and not able to share their knowledge then there is no use of such knowledge. I think gov should provide compulsory training to engineering teachers.

Sir, I have just completed my engineering. I suggest you That government should organise innovative project competition in each city. In which students of different college from different branch will come together and make a project. This will increase knowledge sharing among the students. Winners will able to participate in national level competition.

Our educational system want restructuring ,after 12 class student think on career Rather from class 6 students must decide his stream study his field only ,say for medical, pcm ,commerce, humanities
We are lacking in physical growth with increase burden of study so it must be compulsory
Marshall Arts for girls specially to decrease crime rate
Our culture, ethics, humanity must be teach in modern era should be there
Commercialisation can be controlled only by"Ease of opening School"

India must follow education system of finland i.e best education system in world
Children from 3 years is forced to study 8 hours rather its playing time in Finland till 10 years
We study useless subjects like history of British and mughals,
There is lack of doctors in India so one subject of anotomy, medical should be added, every Indian become small doctor, he will take all precautions rather than cure, his savings will increase
Law must be subject ,everyone aware about his right
