Respected Sir, We can introduce new topic in all existing topics in today's education system that Extra Reading ,means reading outside of there syllabus and in this subject ,where students will read and earn knowledge on there own likings and for that question paper can be set on there reading material and this subject marks for 50 marks only and it will be added tothere total marks ,so this will certainly help students to take deep knowledge of there liking and will be confident about future.

The recent change to semester pattern needs review. It is observed teachers are pretty occupied in conduct of exams every six month then admission etc. Any change must be suited to our society. The aim and expected outcome must be documented & debated well before preparing the details & proceeding towards implementation. We must remember we are for long term development, these have very long gestation period. Rulers political parties will change but society has to continue progressing

The changes must be truly towards developing children & students for innovation, self confidence, disciplned, ones. It must not have any linking or ideologies of any political party. Education is for ages & shall deliver results after considerable time. It must be Indian culture oriented.

THE RESEARCH COURSES UNDER DISTANCE MODE AT PRESENT ARE NOT ALLOWED. BUT THE ALREADY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES THOSE WHO STUDIED EXTERNALLY OR PART TIME SHOULD BE PERMITTED TO APPLY FOR FACULTY POSITIONS. MHRD SHOULD NOT PUT RESTRICTIONS IN THIS REGARD BECAUSE THE UGC RECOGNISED UNIVERSITIES HAVE ALREADY AWARDED PHD / MPHIL DEGREES.

THE DISTANCE MODE COURSES RECOGNIZED AT ALL LEVELS SHOULD BE ACCEPTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF EMPLOYMENT INCLUDING FACULTY POSITIONS. THE PHD / MPHIL COURSES ARE RESEARCH ORIENTED MOSTLY CARRIED OUT IN SOCIAL SCIENCES LIKE MBA/ECONOMICS AT ORGANISATIONS, WHERE THE INPUTS FOR RESEARCH ARE GIVEN. THE ROLE OF INTERNAL FACULTY AT UNIVERSITIES IS LIMITED. MHRD SHOULD NOT SHOW ANY DIFFERENTIATION IN THIS REGARD I.E., REGULAR MODE OR DISTANCE MODE.

In any country commercialization of education is a bad thing which unfortunately is flourishing in India beyond control. In the name of trusts, education institutes etc education has become a lucrative business.
- Nationalize all primary/secondary educational institutions like how it was done for banks. I do not think any other step will yield much and regulatories have not helped or don't exist adequately in practice.

THE 3 YEAR DIPLOMA HOLDERS ARE PERMITTED TO JOIN IN 2 YEAR BE OR BTECH. SIMILARLY THE 2 YEAR PGDM SHOULD BE PERMITTED TO APPEAR FOR FURTHER OR ADDITIONAL SPECIALISATIONS IN MBA COURSE CONDUCTED BY THE UNIVERSITIES. THE UNIVERSITIES SHOULD BE GIVEN GUIDELINES TO CONSIDER THE 2 YEAR UGC/AICTE APPROVED PGDM-AIMA. UGC HAS TO ENCOURAGE THE MOBILITY OF THE CANDIDATES FROM UNIVERSITIES / INSTITUTIONS TO THE OTHER UNIVERSITIES / INSTITUTIONS.

Sir request u to kindly include some kind of activity mandatory along with education like we have in pvt school also there would be regular training and update of syllabus at least after every 2 year. In a world which is changing very fast we can't afford a teacher who is not updated with the current system. Pvt school r in demand just because of this.

ONCE APPROVAL IS GIVEN BY UGC/AICTE, THE QUALIFIED PGDM-AIMA CANDIDATES SHOULD BE IN A POSITION TO APPLY FOR FACULTY POSITIONS / TO APPEAR FOR UGC - NET EXAM.WHY AGAIN EQUIVALENT STATUS O MBA IS REQUIRED THAT HAS TO BE GIVEN BY AIU, WHICH CAUSING VERY MUCH INCONVENIENCE TO THE QUALIFIED. ONCE APPROVAL BY UGC, THE 2 YEAR PGDM SHOULD BE ACCEPTED BY UNIVERTSITIES.

UGC /AICTE HAS GIVEN INSTITUTIONAL RECOGNITION IN THEIR WEBSITES RATHER THAN PROVIDING RECOGNITION WITH THE EQUIVALENT STATUS OF PGDM TO MBA, WHICH HAS CAUSED PANIC IN PUBLIC AND THE PGDM QUALIFIED ARE DEPRIVED OF THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR FACULTY POSITIONS AND ALSO NOT PERMITTED FOR FURTHER / HIGHER STUDIES.
