MHRD SHOULD PERMIT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTES TO OFFER MBA TITLES ONLY RATHER THAN PGDM TITLES. SOME DIFFERENTIATION IS REQUIRED BETWEEN 1 YEAR PGDM AND 2 YEAR PGDM. THE 2 YEAR PGDM IS THOUGH RECOGNISED BY UGC/AICTE HAS NOT ACCEPTED BY UNIVERSITIES FOR FACULTY POSITIONS AND ALSO NOT PERMITTED TO ACCEPT TO APPEAR FOR UGC -NET EXAM. WHAT IS THE USE OF UGC/AICTE RECOGNITION. THE CANDIDATES SHOULD NOT BE DEPRIVED OF THE OPPORTUNITIES.

3. There are many students those who are partially disabled (Hearing problem in one year, Polio or non-functioning of one of the limbs etc…) and pursuing their education through normal school (since there is no separate school or education system for partially disabled students) and appearing in the same exams as for normal students (students with 100% fitness). THE SUGGESTIONS FROM EDUCATIONISTS / PROFESSIONALS FROM PUBLIC SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION IN FORMULATION OF NEP., IN REAL TERMS. UGC MAY CLARIFY THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1 YEAR PGDM COURSES CONDUCTED BY UNIVERSITIES AND 2 YEAR PGDM COURSES CONDUCTED BY THE INSTITUTIONS AND PROFESSIONAL BODIES LIKE AIMA NEW DELHI ETC.

My suggestion is that Government should appoint National Level Monitors specially retired Govt. Officials to monitor various institutes set up by different organization for infrastructure available with the institutes and the quality of staff. This is all the more necessary because the Central Govt. or the state government do not have sufficient manpower to undertake such type of Quality Monitoring. For the skill development education we should opening of more ITI & Diploma Schools.

PGDM (INSTITUTE PATTERN) OR MBA (UNIVERSITY PATTERN)WHICH IS SUPERIOR.
POLICY MAKERS HAVE TO SHOW DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN PGDM OF 1 YEAR DURATION COURSES CONDUCTED BY UNIVERSITIES WHICH OF NO USE WHERE AS INSTITUTIONS ARE CONDUCTING 2 OR 3 YEAR COURSES AND AWARDING PGDM TITLES.
PUBLIC ARE IN PANIC ABOUT NOTIFICATIONS GIVEN BY UGC/AICTE ETC. AIU IS ALSOI RELATED TO UGC. WHEN THE UGC HAS RECOGNISED 2 YEAR PGDM WHY AGAIN THE EQUIVALENT STATUS TO MBA HAS TO BE GIVEN BY AIU WHICH IS NOT FAIR.

ACCOUNTABILITY SHOULD BE FIXED VERY STRICTLY AT GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS. THE GENUINE CASES SHOULD BE SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ABNORMAL DELAY.

The Policy should address:a) Strengthening of infrastructure in schools both in rural and urban areas;b) Provide good teachers and compulsory education up to middle school ie., 7th Standard;c) To have a child to opt for curriculum like Skill development and vocation education from 9th standard upto 12 standard - it should be integrated with Industrial Training with a component of compulsory industry apprentice programme.d) To encourage studnets to pursue other course than Science and technology.
