Dear PM Sir, My Next 5 years motive is to create not Professional rather skilled professionals (In context of Skilled India). I am targeting Engineering Students (In Mechanical Division). To provide the industrial insight on one of the software tool, which is used across the industry verticals. I want to transform the education system on knowledge and skills, which are required in the real business world. I need your help and Education ministers help to implement the same.

The draft NEP 2016 follows the same old pattern supporting the international developmental approach in education. The current education system is not associated with the social problems. Education has become costly due to need of infrastructure and salary.Student's credit schemes are disastrous. Government and private education can be free of cost. Government should develop micro structures for education. The salary or emoluments of temporary and permanent teachers should be the same.

QUALITY CONTENT, FOCUS on 100% ENROLLMENT,SCHOOLS at DOOR STEP: Apart from 1+1=2, Education should teach and train for 'Why-Why Analysis', 'What is the Purpose?', 'Why Problem repeating?', 'How to Improve','How to Simplify' and many more... Primarily, due to Poverty, majority doesn't go to School, and need major external force to break this vicious cycle...Decentralize and localize the good schools, Students should not travel far to get education

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MBA AND PGDM (2 YEARS) SHOULD BE REMOVED. THE NECESSARY AMENDMENTS MAY BE MADE BY THE UGC. BECAUSE, THE 2 YEAR PGDM - AIMA, RECOGNISED BY UGC/AICTE IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR FURTHER / HIGHER STUDIES.

our education has to be job oriented after class X.Infact,if student opts for 2 years Vocational training class instead of regular Cl-XI, he/she should be encouraged.On completing VT they must be given Class XII Cert by CBSE depending upon VT done. This will open doors for such student to pursue Graduation/ tech/specialized courses in case he/she so desires.National education policy should encourage community service of min one week every yr from class7.Sports school two per state be opened.

MANY UNIVERSITIES ARE CONDUCTING PG DIPLOMA OF 1 YEAR DURATION WHICH WILL NOT SERVE ANY PURPOSE. FOR EMPLOYMENT PURPOSE, THE SELECTION AUTHORITIES NORMALLY INSISTS 2 YEAR PG COURSES FOR HIGHER POSITIONS E.G., MANAGEMENT TRAINEES ETC. ONE YEAR DURATION COURSES WILL NOT BE USEFUL. POLICY MAKERS MAY ASSESS.

IN FACULTY RECRUITMENT THE STATUTORY BODIES INSISTS EXPERIENCE IN TEACHING / RESEARCH / INDUSTRIAL. THE PHD IN ORGANISATIONS ARE HAVING PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE, PROVIDES INPUTS TO THE RESEARCH SCHOLARS ETC. HOW THESE CANDIDATES WITH INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE HAVE THE APA SCORE WHICH IS NOT NORMALLY POSSIBLE. THE PHDS WITH INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE CAN UTMOST HAVE PUBLICATIONS ONLY. THE UGC/AICTE SHOULD NOT INSIST APA SCORE FOR PHDS WORKING IN ORGANISATIONS. THEIR INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST ONE.

There is a vast difference in education given at city and village schools. Though there is no dearth of intelligent kids in Indian villages, students enrolled in vernacular schools are way behind in getting opportunity to learn modern techniques. Quality of teachers is a big problem. In metropolitan cities some schools charge more than 5 lacs per year and they provide best quality education of international standards. Can we utilise their expertise for village schools?

THE UNETHICAL PRACTICES AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ESPECIALLY AT RESEARCH COURSES IF ANY SHOULD BE SERIOUSLY ASSESSED E.G., GUIDE - RESEARCH SCHOLAR RELATIONS. THE SCHOLAR SHOULD BE GIVEN OPPORTUNITY TO SELECT HIS OWN GUIDE FROM EXTERNAL INSTITUTIONS / ORGANISATIONS. NO NEED FOR INTERNAL GUIDE FROM UNIVERSITIES WHICH MAY EXPLOIT HE STUDENTS / SCHOLARS.

MOST OF THE RESEARCH WORKS IN SOCIAL SCIENCES LIKE MBA/ECONOMICS ARE CARRIED OUT AT ORGANISATIONS AND SOME ARE CARRIED OUT BY CONDUCTING OPEN SURVEYS. THE INPUTS ARE PROVIDED BY THE EXPERTS IN THE CONCERNED ORGANISATION. THE UNIVERSITIES ROLE IS VERY LIMITED. IN THIS REGARD, UGC SHOULD NOT INSIST FOR INTERNAL SUPERVISORS. OPTION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE SCHOLARS. THE PHD QUALIFIED IN THE ORGANISATIONS ARE THE BEST PERSONS IN GUIDING THE SCHOLARS RATHER THAN FACULTY IN UNIVERSITIES.
