Start an Education Excahnge (Like Stock Exchange) Anyone can invest money on education for promising but poor kid. Later when the kid earns, part of his salary will come to investor's account, tax free.

(1) We need to have separate track for Gifted Children, as in countries like Singapore & Germany. (Please see Education System in Wikipedia) Today One size fits all is burdening our talents. (2) Break CBSE into 2 Parts: 1st Administrative & 2nd Academic. Invite World renowned Indian Scholars (including NRI) to be a part of Academic section. (3) Ensure that 1 or 2 Hots questions are there in each test paper. Today most of school kids get A1 but infact they lack basic concepts.

Infrastructure for tech education. All laboratories of government organisations to be kept open for students to register and work there 24x7. Have a national exam for all technical degrees ie. BTech, MTech, MBBS etc. This will curb the falling standards of these qualifications. At the same time please ensure all MSc / MTech/ PHD holders involve themselves in sponsoring one student in his own stream to keep his degrees valid every five year. This will encourage participation of all in education.

Discourage teachers fabricating crude instruments In the teacher’s training programs conducted by the Govt or by any association, school or college, I have seen the trainers asking the teachers to fabricate instruments and models. This is not good. A teacher is not supposed do all these; teacher is the user; hence she should be trained to use and maintain instruments properly. Consumers and manufacturers are two separate identities.

It's very easy to criticize the system. But we must put our views for to appropriate forum for consideration. I am extremely pleased to get an opportunity to put up my suggestions for consideration. I have found the ICSE courses are extremely hard and there is vast gap between CBSE & ICSE courses. I suggest to merge CBSE & ICSE and make common syllabus under one entity.

In Education System Teachers play Key Role. It is The Teacher that can only change the fate of this education system.Teachers recruitment process must be very critical. Teachers must be given high quality training. A teacher always meant to Provide Knowledge. I faced the main Problem is my teachers only encouraged a Topper in the class. They didn't recognize the other students. A special Interest must be given to each and every student. This is the reason many students won't pay interest in class.
