Sir, I have submission regarding sharing of score for research articles as co-author during PhD/PG work. I suggest to reduce the share of score for Supervisor/Guide as compared to the student irrespective of placing/position of name on paper/articles. Thanks

I have some suggestions to be included in the Education Policy for the benefit of the specially abled children with autism and other features. As a mother of special kid I experienced that some of these children have the ability for studies. But they will be familiar to a particular language which they have come through. My request is that there should be clear cut instruction that these children get opportunity to study in their familiar language and the department should not oppose for that.

Learning for every child happens in two broad aspects: 1. Information and skills 2. That learning which is responsible for the way the "child thinks"(soch vichar) Ideally the education system should take care of both but sadly the second part is left unaddressed thus leaving it totally at the mercy of the surrounding. Today we should focus most importantly on shaping the thinking. "soch banana aasan kaam hai, soch badalna bahut mushkil hai" This is what the gurukul was known for.

The teacher must be rewarded or punished for his/her knowledge and his/her level of awareness in his/her field of expertise suitably.

There should be a national level entrance exam for teachers who want to teach in institutes which provide higher education like IITs, NITs, IIMs etc. This will ensure quality teachers for the students. After all, when there are entrance tests for students why not for the teachers! Also, after every five years, the teachers in such institutes must be assessed by a body to ascertain that weather they are upto date with the recent developments in their respective fields of study.

There should be Nation wide curriculum teaching system in all geographical areas of India like Kendriya Vidhyalaya. In all Taluk Head Quarters there should be one Kendriya vidhyalaya facility. After 12th class, the student should be diverted to the better one which is good for his carrier as well as good for our Nation.

National Education Policy 2016 Suggestions for improvement 1. Curriculum: What we teach in schools is 17th century maths - like Calculus being the highest level was created by Newton in 17th century. We must teach 21st century maths in our schools. Programming should be taught from Kindergarten. 2. Inclusive: There is lack of equal attention in the classrooms. There being 50 to 60 children in the class, proper education not possible. see pdf

Dear Sir/Madam, In response to the exercise of the MHRD seeking opinions from the stake holders to improve higher education in India, please find below our suggestions. We are aware of the various issues appearing to be threats to higher education in India, though we have only concentrated on two administrative issues relevant to University education. These issues are often overlooked perhaps intentionally, to suit political ends, but they are the keys to unshackle the higher education system

For school education (till 10th std.) we must have a syllabus of history until now and not just history till 1947 or 1950. A patient gives complete recent medical HISTORY to his doctor when he falls ill so that doctor can correctly diagnose the condition & treat the patient. Similarly students of India must know updated history of India so that students can correctly judge India and can make informed decision for voting. Updated history will also enable them to correlate current events & past.
