We as a country are such a huge geography that Technology is the only thread which can help tie us together at literally no cost. @Every govt./corporate servant should be encouraged/given chance to impart teaching in their field to the amateurs. @instead of raising superannuation age from 58 to 60 years, good performing officials may given a chance to serve as teacher for 2-5 years with an honorarium (to solve teacher deficit and the teaching invigoration.

Implementing the Community College System as is popular in the United States would benefit the society. It acts as a buffer between the school and university system where people of any age manage their education according to their budget and time permissibility. Also these provide professional courses to all in the society as per their interests with the flexibility to make their own combination of subjects.

One must be given a chance to comeup with their own skills and interests rather than putting burden on every children by compulsory all subjects since std 1st to 10th Also request you to remove macaulay education system and make some policy and system from our ancient gurukul paddhati to enhance thier skills and become them self dependent with their interest as a patriot and proud citizen Jai hind

The old students in higher classes should be made to teach the lower class students everyday for one hour under the guidance of a teacher.1. they will learn to be made responsible.. 2. understand the importance of study too.3.Revise what they have studied.4..And the lack of teachers will also be full filled some where. 5.Those who can teach well get the confidence too and might find teaching as their career too.6.They will learn to be patience too.8.of course they might get some incentives too.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT SHOULD START FROM CLASS 9 ONWARDS NOT IN HIGHER EDUCATION. ENTIRE INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM IS CREATED BY LORD MACAULAY ABOUT 150 YEARS BACK WHO ONLY WANTED A MENTALLY SLAVE CLASS OF SECRETARIES CLERKS AND PEONS FOR THEIR EXPLOITATIVE BUREAUCRACY, THE SO CALLED STEEL FRAME. THEREFORE MAKE FUNDAMENTAL CHANGES AND REVERT TO GURUKUL SYSTEM IN WHICH EVERY INDIAN WHEN HE COMES OUT OF BRAHMCHARYA ASHRAM IS FULLY CAPABLE TO EARN HIS LIVELIHOOD INSTEAD OF BEGGING FOR GOVT JOBS LIKE IAS.

most of our retired govt officials/employee(working in public or private sector)are skilled and they know how to use skills in practicle life.so we can associate them with universities to train students.

1. most of our univ are open in day time only and they r just running their regular courses.so i would suggest use these premises to start evening skill development courses .

Higher education should be 25% learning and 75% implementing that is the only way to improve ones skills. By the time the student passes out from Bachelor or Master degrees he should be an expert of the stream he has chosen. Eliminate unnecessary subjects and give preference to doing than reading.

yes skill dev. has enourmous amount to play in development we should try to have to have evening scholls at tier 2 districts which i think can develop the overall personality of an individual small tasks like typing computing and it information can be imparted .. it can be done in 2 stages.. ground level ... education official of district can be accounted for that.. intermediate level .. in a state and competitiveness can be compared among districts ... ...
