Every year the Central and State PSUs are spending huge amounts towards providing various facilities to its empls viz., Uniform, dresses, liveries etc., particularly industrial PSUs. If the Govt., makes a policy compelling the PSUs to purchase these uniforms from Kadhi Gram Udyog etc., (Govt. cloth dealers) then it would enable to revive the Kadhi Gram, the uplifitment of which was the dream of Mahatma. Ido'nt find any point tht PSU emps wear branded clothing when our elcted leaders r wear kadhi

The ideal term is adding business skills in higher education.Skill development refers to activity apart from the original skill,it is like teaching carpentry in literature class assuming that literature is unproductive education. But adding business skills means teaching business ideas in literature class to launch literary work impressively in the market. Each subject is a skill and no external skill is required to earn money,The money is in each subject just we need to add business skills in it

The engineering admission may be easy task but should not be a cup of tea for every student like it is today. this will develop competent engineers who can compete for e.g. in R&D and other global engineers and scientist

POST1 In case of higher education, specially in the Engineering field, our Engineers gets miserably fail while competing with engineering expertise. The reason behind this is that the engineering now a days is too easy to get through which was not the case earlier. I personally believe that the Engineering colleges must qualify very strict standards to get the permission and not like thousands of Anna Universities which have opened in south which gives very good grades without any much hardwork.

Higher education and professional education should go with merits alone may it be free. The old system of primary and school education is not bad. Only development of skill with inappropriate education level will curtail creativity and land up with mediocre jobs for the youth. A rational balance of both and imparting proper education in interested area will do miracle. A poor student rarely gets proper education and the benefits of reservation system passes on to generations in our country.
