1) Must be made mandatory for all heavy/medium scale industries to have Solid Waste Treatment plant and Liquid effluent treatment plants for which govt can offer subsidy 2) Through PMEGP, youth must be encouraged to set up small scale Waste treatment plants. 3) Government should set up a committe for investigating existing industries for the possibility of replacing out dated technologies with a latest technologies(by offering subsidy) which can result in reducing quantum of waste .

Sir first o fall we need to establish a incorrupt and a strong youth leading syste to monitor this issue.Cleanliness of the river and its hygiene should be monitored by the team full of youngsters and some IAS officers who deal in sanitation and hygiene department... with the help of HD CCTV we can find those who are violating the law and only solution is spot fine!! though it may sound harsh "There is saying that for better days you need to swallow bitter pills" PLz consider this option ;)

Dearest Modi Ji, thank you for starting and flaming the lamp. Ganges is treated as the life line of our tradition. our soul is connected with the purity of Ganges. we are required to keep the river clean and to keep our own garbage out of the reach of Ganga. if every one who are staying near Ganga keeps their garbage away from Ganga then Ganga will be cleaned automatically. its difficult so we have to form ganga cleaning committees in different villages who ll take care of their area

First identify 100 top most sources polluting ganga ....then take effective steps to check it...NITI Aayog must formulate a policy to be followed by all states through which Ganga is flowing ..

complete protect the river with ghats and provide out stations to take bath instead of getting into river and provide toilets very far away to river bed .. most important is industries to come under EIA(EnvironmentImpactAssesment) and they should be randomly check and heavily fined ..

There is no point in starting the physical cleaning part without stopping all the Ganda Nala and factory waste coming directly to Ganga Let's first stop all this which will help to automatically Clean Ganga by 50% and for remains 50% we need to clean all Ghats and entire Ganga path We also need to run the awareness program so that cleaning ness is maintained and preventive actions are taken to make we are not again in same mess after few days or few months
