Industrial waste (chemicals, hard waste) should be disposed in specially designed plant which can be established with public-private partnership. and factory owner can be rewarded in terms of tax rebate who followed this. 3. Shifting of Hotel & houses adjacent to ganga 4. Take help of some private agencies who regularly clean ganga as routine and paid them monthly after observing their work

If we wish to clean Ganga Really, make Amendment in Constitution Pollution Should only be Central Subject. State Pollution Departments ARE MOST POLLUTED.
