It is seen that digitization of government, governance and economy is progressing at a rapid pace, here this National Data Governance Policy comes to a great help. It is indeed good policy in todays’ scenario and be implemented quickly and honestly. If any loopholes come up while or during implementation it can be solved after discussions amongst knowledgeable, eligible, reliable personnels and citizens. Nice draft policy.

Data Policy should encompass linking of all data from all Judiciary, state/central/PSU/rbi & all quasi judiciary institutes. Look at US/UK/canada/australia , none of their data challenged by any party ! such rigorous validation ! & india every data gets challenged and half truths , half lies circulated. beats me with all of the govt data , GST, liqour, aadhar , mNREGA, ONORC , bank loan & thousands of association of all & sundry from village & still we do not get employment, retail inflation, & bank credit right every month. Now govt has extended free insurance to many vocations on registering , but still numbers lukewarm. So many infrastructure work & provisions of basics like har ghar jal - police stations across , unemployment galores, 80 crores ++ being given freebies & free food. has soverign india reduced to nation of leeches. Jinda lash ! No more humans around here. Worse India got talent shows sex& lust 24*7 . Parents tortured to spend all $$ on this nikammas?.

Link email IDs with Aadhar similar to mobile number being linked to aadhar. Then link these two with Aadhar and declare that no adhar number no email id. All social networks will be kept in check with this. Any international service provider like Facebook or whatsapp can make our citizens vulnerable to financial and emotional risks. So the government should have a robust system to allow these international services to enter India. Database should remain with government of India alone and no one else. Anyone who needs the database genuinely should approach government for the same with prescribed form and fees. We can keep check on all domestic & international vulnerability with this. Insert digilocker facility by giving aadhar based user ID & PW for all users who have authenticated their email IDs & mobile numbers. Here they should be able to access all political, executive & Judicial services. Those mail IDs that do not comply should be removed. We can have our own Operating system .

its high time to regulate video sites and internet sites who are allowing users to publish unregulated data which are mostly used in criminal activities or influencing young ones for criminal activities so they must be brought under regulations and no one can access or upload any visual or documents that can be used in crime or influence others to commit crime
