Dear Sir,Mam
My view is recruiting all the youth under one roof who have the knowledge of computers very much and just review things that posted publicly so that the wrong things gets quickly reported and removed. Also while we surf all browsers we need notifications if we are being tracked someone so that no one is allowed to tamper with our privacy and also we must tell the websites that are allowed to stop tracking us even if we read or watch their content very much.
Regards,
Divyanshu Sinha

My Dear Sir/Madam,
Yes, we need more and more Make in India and store data in India and process data with transparent algos. Many of the data science applications have simple math solutions which use human understanding and some simple scientist work with paper and pencil. I have done many applications like this. Ppl use very heavy computing and cloud and deep learning etc, but simple math based on statistical physics, econometrics, biostatistics, old signal processing, etc is much more transparent, fast and easy. Govt should promote such applications. With this edge computing is possible and we can keep everything on Indian computing capacity which is less that west.
I have seen senior Govt of India ppl use this approach and also Soviet origin atomic scientists. I have worked with Govt ppl on various data analysis projects
Regards
Manish

In India various of depertment priodically do their works everyday with the manual forms or manual process. The manual process always harming to the poors while they trying to solving their task. The officer always fall in corruptions for pending files or some graviences. You one time try to solving your problems in Join Director office of the medical depettments they always do their works for extra earning and goes to corruptions paths. The inspection officer has collection some money from their ditactions that is not responsible only the officer but also the person who have willingly or unwillingly presenting. I mean hare the manual process are responsible for the situations. The court has always failure to detect the actual guilty or faults, some times actual prisoner has win in debatings. So, digital systems are comfortables for solving problems. If our Webmaster, Admin or CEO has do their task as supporting actual low, policies, terms or other Govt. Announcents.
