India is accelerating towards an increasingly digitised and data-driven economy. With increasing digitization and engagement, the volume of data is also increasing exponentially, providing opportunities for better governance, service delivery and innovation in sectors critical for societal transformation.

Against this backdrop, the National Data Governance Framework Policy aims to enhance access, quality, and use of data, in line with the current and emerging technology needs of the decade.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas, inputs and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the hub for Data-driven innovation and decision making.

Keeping in view the economical graph & per capita income, access to the internet must be easy & cheap in India. Knowledge of Judicial, appropriate & valuable use of internet must be given to the students at school level & it's course must be incorporated in Syllabus, with a vision of innovative & pioneering future of digital india.

I think it is more important for all, do not distribute the Accounts certificates without complete searching an individual properties, after completing the searching than gives the certificates about tax or accounts. It is needs to prove that a good citizens of the Nations, there are no needs to go other process as characteristics.

General data can be collected via mobile based app or telephonically or through social media or through email by judging credentials of respondent that can save time and money

some system must be devised to display the efficiency of particular officer, councilor, MLA,MP,Minister whom responsibility vested to implement welfare schemes devised on the basis of data collected by them or under them

whereas data collection is important on one hand on another hand feedback must be required to collect for scheme implemented on the basis of collected data and frequent modification or adjustment can be done for streamline of schemes

maximum data collection must be online based system in which data collection entry done automatically when some one fill the request or complaint form there must be no need to fill data collection form again for the same entries for saving time money and storage

Indian Police is lacking on Digital Infrastructure Heavily and they don't have proper training to handle such online fraud or cyber crimes and no single central cyber security team is not enough,, every police personnel should get some sort of training so that data management improvise 8.BlockChain At the level or Law and Order and Banking is Need of an hour and must be the priority to secure some critical data 9. Smart Gadgets should be under regulation

Govt should Look into some private universities and enterprises and make sure they are managing people's data which they collect through their website is safe and secured and govt should have one body who checks whether these universities and enterprises are managing it through proper infrastructure and computer expert teams or not !! 6. every govt. website should collect only those dats which are needed and only for a temporary period of time and citizens should be informed about how long and what purpose it is collected. 7. Indian Police is lacking on Digital Infrastructure Heavily and they don't have proper training to handle

data is big concern of any nation, WE NEED SPECIAL MINISTRY TO HANDLE IT FROM ONE SOURCE, which can have own research , own experts on merit recruited on merit, own security task, control of different data bank , national it become difficult to identify correct source , many trapped in fake
