national data governance framework policy is a pioneering step towards the development and set up of digital government architecture enhancing digital governance .This will lead to better informed decision making, enhance scheme evaluation, more efficient service delivery, catalyse data and Al startup and innovation ecosystem creating anonymous and non personal data sets critical of societal transformation..NDGFPA is also a milestone in the development of IDMO(Indian data management office) under the Ministry of Electronics and Information. The need of such kind of office is the need of the hour in the face of post covid era catering to 1.38 billion or 1.38 crores. We have to ensure transparency in government data, enabling Al and data startup, increasing digital governance, privacy, safe and trustworthy data, greater citizen awareness. The setting up of IDMO will spur research and innovation in digital data for good governance of our country.

Now the time has come when govt should development a database about every citizen in which all his or her major activities are recorded including achievements, prizes, education, address, relatives, any criminal record if any with DNA record so that any person can be identified uniquely and his or her movement can be traced if required it will not help to trace criminal but also help to identified lost peoples or more importantly can help to track terrorists
