Cont'd---Some countries sell natural resources to create wealth which is the easiest way. We should know our strengths & weaknesses first.Then create a chasis framework what we could achieve utilizing surplus manpower which will create Aatmanirbhar in every field.Most important saving foreign exchange to be a wealthier country.A borrower is always looked down & forced to except understanding their weaknesses.Developed world has art of extracting wealth by their technological advances along with robotics for quantum manufacturing. Intelligence is God given gift how do we utilize is the pride of that nation in whatever capacity with limited resources. I am going to get a negative points for this posting.
A plantation can grow give good yields for a given land utilizing the best resources scientifically no doubt results will follow.

National governance policy is a big subject this needs to come from highly experienced
persons in administration or retired.Generating data for such large population is voluminous & needs to be in a simplified manner to retrieve easily from database. Most important is data which will be useful in creating better human resources to be a wealthier country. Once upon a time we were the most advanced civilization. It appears there was not much financial implications like present time. It was more of a passion,determination,dedication. We had pride in creating highly skilled monuments with so much details.And has kept the present researchers wondering inspite of so much scientific advances. if we want to see digital India's dream strongly than we have to go all over every villages and city's for online activitys ,Advertisment and also monitor benifits of digital movment in every sector fast of all we have to develope education system , like get to choose their stream type of degree and language and we have to search a perfect connectivity, signal, data support system and bright future for new generation of HINDUSTAAN..🙏🙏🙏

collection of data and transferring information to data store or to the authorities must be lies on those who vested with power to implement decision taken on the basis of collected data any deviation must be penalised and efficient implementation must be prized so that grass root worker can be motivated for better implementation of decision

periodical backup of data as well as timely response on collected data must be done so that real time decision can be taken on the basis of collected data and if correction required it must be done will within time before getting too late

Data collected must be used for extending benefits of govt policies to concerned section of society and can also be used for making or drafting policy to root section of society so that ultimate goal of better governance can be extended to poor section of society efficiently or effectively pinpointedly.
