India is accelerating towards an increasingly digitised and data-driven economy. With increasing digitization and engagement, the volume of data is also increasing exponentially, providing opportunities for better governance, service delivery and innovation in sectors critical for societal transformation.

Against this backdrop, the National Data Governance Framework Policy aims to enhance access, quality, and use of data, in line with the current and emerging technology needs of the decade.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology invites all Indian citizens to bring their best ideas, inputs and suggestions to the table as we move ahead to become the hub for Data-driven innovation and decision making.

National Data Governance Framework policy must include categorization of data on the basis of its importance to nation and on the basis of above it must must be decided who and who can access upto what level or who can not and what is the minimum or maximum access to data

National Data Governance Framework Policy must include future Technologies like Big Data, Blockchain, Data Analytics and Management. But policy of Block chain is still pending which must soon be completed in order to take it into use for National Data Governance Framework Policy Design.

Amazing services at 22221 dated 28th May 22. Mumbai to Delhi Lots of changes in Indian Railways and most important most generous and curtious staff, ever seen. इंजीनियर, मेकेनिकल, इलेक्ट्रिकल, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, सिवील,केमीकल,ओटोमोबाईल, सोफ्टवेयर, नेटवर्किंग, कंम्पयूटर हार्डवेयर, उनकी जानकारी इस श्रेञ में उपलब्धीया संशोधन और अनेक प्रकार के इनोवेशन के लिए भी प्रयास होना चाहिए. उनका जूड़ा ओर देशके लिए योगदान बहोतसे असंभव लक्ष संभव कर सकता है. इन क्षेत्रों में विशेष योगदान देने वाले सायंटीस्ट का सम्मान नये भारत की नीव और मजबुत कर सकता हैं. विनती की इस दीशा में हो रहे सभी प्रयासों पर ओर जोर देने की आवश्यकता. इससे ओर स्टार्ट अप बन सकते है. भारत को सभी क्षेत्र में आगे लाकर आत्मनिर्भर भी कर सकते हैं.

सरकार को डाटा पॉलिसी इस तरीके से बनानी चाहिए कि हर व्यक्ति सरकार तक हो साथ ही सरकारी योजनाओं की पूर्ण जानकारी हो और सरकार प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का संपूर्ण बायोडाटा अपने पास रखें

मानव जाती के साथ सभी प्रकार के प्राणी, पक्षी, पेड़, पोंधे, अन्न इन सभी पर कारगर उपाय. मेडीकल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर की ऊंचाई छू लेगा. यही प्रार्थना है कि ऐसे ही सभी तरह के प्रयास की और उन विशयोमे टेक्नोलॉजी, वैज्ञानिक ओर कंपनीज की सहायता पर भी विशेष ध्यान देने की बहुत आवश्यकता है. भारत का नाम इस में सबसे आगे रहे. इससे स्वस्थ समाज, जोब्स, खेती ओर नैसर्गिक संसाधनों में वृद्धि, स्वस्थ पशु अनेकों लक्ष प्राप्त हो सकतें हैं.

मेरी विनती है की भारत में मेडीकल रिसर्च को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सभी , मेडीकल कॉलेज, अस्पताल, डोक्टर मीलकर बिमारीयो पर रिसर्च कर सके. विश्व में बहोत से लोगो को सूखी जीवन दे सकतें हैं.एक कोमन पोर्टल या डेटा बेस इसमें सहायता कर सकता है. रिसर्च के लिए ब्लड ग्रुप, वजन ऊंचाई, शारीरिक संरचना,आयु, पेशी, ओर रोग नीदान पद्धतियां ; कारण ;ईलाज की विभीन्न प्रक्रिया,उनके लीए आवश्यक उपकरण औषधि, उपाय,मानव जाती के साथ प्राणी, पक्षी, पेड़, पोंधे, इन सभी पर कारगर उपाय. मेडीकल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर की ऊंचाई छू लेगा. भारत पूरे विश्व की मदत भी कर सकता हे
