Participatory Notes are source of Money Laundering. They suck income clandestinely out of India. Kindly introduce 2% Tax on all transactions using P notes issued by Foreign Institutes, Overseas banks, Fin Institutes. There should be No Tax on P notes issued by FCNRI, Indian PSU banks obeying KYC norms. This will be useful to bring back Black money legally. It will increase deposit base of PSU Banks

The provisions elated to applicability of GST on works contract should be relooked and brought at par with the international principles. Anything having supply of goods as well as services should be defined as works contract services irrespective of whether the same is in relation to movable property or immovable property.

They feel that financial institutions are skeptical in funding not only for artisans run ventures but this is specially true for small and medium enterprises. Most of the black money is in real estate sector. There is a lot of difference between SRO value of the property and market value of the property. Often real estate businessmen accept SRO value in white and difference in black. Especially in the case of open lands and plots most of the lands we're agricultural lands The sale proceeds are completely exempt being agricultural lands. But in practice no agriculture is being carried out So tax this based on the market value beyond a limit

1. Make the lower rate of GST for specific projects/public infrastructure projects end use based rather than limited to specific type of supplies such as works contract for original works. Will mitigate unnecessary confusion as well as it will lower the cost of public infrastructure for general public and also eliminate differing views/treatments for supply of goods/services to such projects. Will also save the time of the judiciary and Authority for advance rulings, etc

1) MRP (Maximum Retail Price)should be on top & front side of the goods with big fonts. It eradicates cheating to consumers & people who are having vision problem can easily check the price. 2) Try to give free education & free medical treatment to all indians instead of giving subsidies & reservations. Education & Medical are the major requirements to a comman man.
