3 of 3 Home loan Interest rebate, should only be granted if house is occupied. This should be implemented in stages i.e. reduce rebate by 50,000 each yr over next 3 yrs. Reasons - improve tax compliance as currently lot of landlords, does not include it in formal income. This is even after landlord's PAN needed for HRA rebate of >1 lacs. - More than 10 million fully completed houses are vacant contd

Presumptive taxation scheme should be spread over to cover most of the clients.Net profit average of a particular industry say pharma is taken and it comes to 2%,then 3-4% presumptive tax should be fixed for pharma industry. In this way not onlythe tax will be doubled but also the work of assessees and govt will reduce. There may be a table giving as many permutation and combinations as may be possible and feasible e.g even for a particular industry ,areawise, assesseewise rates may differ

Dear FM, To promote innovation and research in company provision for reserving and spending this fund in startup's be permitted. This could be inline with CSR and other charity contributions. 1~2% allocation would be a good as INDIA is lacking investments in innovation and research. Regards Prashanth

Reduce GST on Buses from current 28% to 12%. if desired reduced rate could only be applicable for basic non-ac, low floor, etc buses Reasons - Public transport needs to be promoted, currently mostly cities have less than required no of buses - in comparison of Bikes & Cars - lesser congestion, fuels consumption & air, sound & thermal pollution - Faster shift to new BS4 & 6 buses - due to above reasons better options to induce growth in automobile industry than promoting cars & bikes

Dear Mam, I will earnestly request you to give a highest attention to pollution curving and saving Environment . To encourage corporate organizations i will suggest to initiate scheme where tax rebate will given to organizations who have significant role in pollution reduction , tree plantations etc. In my city i can see apartment ,offices with no sign of green at roof. Govt. can initiate steps to encourage housing society and offices to plant tree at roof and open areas.

This sector is poorly supported by the banking sector the respondents feel that financing options are not adequate in India. They feel that financial institutions are skeptical in funding not only for artisans run ventures but this is specially true for small and medium enterprises. Financing is very weak, banks are very cautious, and do not extend credit against goods and receivables as they are looking for collateral. GML which is meant for actual maker of the jewellery is provided mainly
