Dear Madam,
The exercising of franchise is very poor in our country due to either NO benefits or NO punishments. In the ensuing budget provide SOPS to those who exercise their franchise like providing concession on FUEL / Income Tax / Internet Charges etc. which will boost the enrollment and voting percentage.

There is lack of industrialization in north eastern part of INDIA(mainly Bihar),so
establishing government sector/industries will serve both purpose industrialization and also
give employment to many people.

An AVERAGE person in India require an amount of Rs. 20000/- to 50000/- per month for his daily needs. If one is spending more than that, then either his income is high or it is not being accounted or evading. So to start with, any transaction for an amount above 50000/- per day should be through account ONLY. This maybe through ATM or some internet banking transaction but should be through account only. Do this and we can see all money will be accounted. No one can evade tax. No black money

ties like Banks As per extant rules the paying authorities like Banks which pay interest, Companies which pay Sitting fees to the Directors etc deduct TDS at the rate of 10%, even for tax payers who are in higher tax rackets. It is suggested that the Tax payer may Voluntarily be permitted to request the disbursing authorities to deduct TDS at higher rate of say 20% or 30% depending on the tax bracket in which the fall.
Annuity payment by LIC may be subjected to TDS on the lines as suggested
