Respected Minister, Plastic has become endemic problem for country. To some this problem, make it mandatory to take back plastic of equivalent quantity for major producers to recycle. Make it mandatory for Junk food, fast food, regular producers. Also extend annually to other industries. Levey extra charge for recycling if not adhering. Similar method is present in USA. Amazon , Flipkart are now bulk producers, will have to take back the plastic and recycle.

Hon'ble Madam/Sir, Digital India in progress should look really kicking in to help government leverage the best of policies and intentions 1_poverty needs to be redefined in rational socioscientific ways 2_wild and arbitrary INSURANCE COMPANIES and institutions must introduce flexipremium and return first deposits to those clients who couldn't keep it going for reasons as insurance mustn't act like gambling. 3_Home loan procedures and bankings be made portable and corruption free, thanks

3. Like in Income Tax make refund process completely automated since application to sanction and disbursement. As application process is online but there is departmental interference in sanction and disbursal due to which unnecessary harassment and corrupt practices are increasing day by day. Make suitable enquiry in suspicious cases or on test basis of every assesse.

Respected Mam, 1. According to section 73 of CGST Act, interest is levied on availment of wrong input tax credit which should be amended and interest should be levied only in case of utilization of wrong input tax credit as there is no loss of revenue to the govt. until it is utilized against payment of output liabilities. Otherwise any clerical or typing mistake while feeding data can result into huge demand which is not the purpose or intent of the GST Act.

India has to become an export oriented country using its vast diversified resources spread across vast geographical area. Budget shall find some space to promote it. Every state has core competency in some area where they can produce better & export it. GoI has to assign annual target for exports as per the competency of each state along with measures to improve their potentials. If every state work on their export target competitive spirit, Indian can become an export oriented country.
