I request you to please look into the tax slab of partnership firm. Please note that when two people do business together they need to register their firm on partnership. They cannot register the firm on proprietorship. So I request you to please consider some relief on tax on partnership firm. Secondly people do not pay payment timely and we have to deposit GST tax on time every month because you charge interest on us. So we request you to please make a law of getting payment timely.

Respected Madam As per section 207 of Income Tax Act,, a resident senior citizen (i.e., an individual of the age of 60 years or above) not having any income from business or profession is not liable to pay advance tax. As TDS is also a form of advance Tax, senior citizens falling under the above category, may please be exempted from TDS.

Respected Madam 1. Instead of giving subsidies please extend concessions for all farmers who are paying their loans well in time, or with some grace period. 2. All retired employees who are getting pension are to be exempted from income tax at least to an extent of their pension and the interest earned on their retirement benefits. 3. Health insurance premium to be fixed at par with working class employees. 4. Utmost importance to be given to plantation of trees to reduce the heat.

For handicapped persons, section 80U provides for a deduction of Rs.1.25 lakh to severely disabled persons and Rs.75000/- to other disabled persons. It is suggested that 90% of the gross total income of severely disabled person should be allowed as deduction and 40% of gross total income for other disabled persons be allowed as deduction. Disabled persons would have earned many times more if they were normal. After paying disability tax to God, what they earn may please be not charged to tax
