Please amend company act/ rules to provide freedom to companies to do business for any products or services and provide any name for company, which need to be linked to its objects. Now the company registrar reject company names on many grounds ,including many objects are specified and they can't verify trade mark violation for each clause of Trademark. These are purely technical issues which ministry of corporate affairs have to resolve and provide promoters freedom. Promoters can't waste time and energy replying to company registrars comments on objects and naming. Unnecessary bureaucratic interference spoils the spirit of entrepreneurship, private limited companies should be given the freedom to include as many objects they want to peruse and name what ever company name as long its not violating trade marks and existing company names. Cost of compliance has to be brought ,Unnecessary meetings, filing for pvt ltd companies need to be done away to enable ease of doing business

The Government of India need to spread awareness and encourage more citizens to adopt children. they can be incentiviced by way of tax concessions or other benefits. India has so many orphan children or children abandoned on birth by their parents who need a home. The adoption process should be made more simpler to attract more couple to go in for adoption rather than getting into expensive IVF and fertility treatments. IVF speciality clinics woo couples into getting into such expensive treatments when thousands of eligible children need parents. The adoption levels in the country are very low and are not growing due to the tedious procedures which should be eased out. Children eligible for adoption are not finding a home while the waiting list of parents is also long. So where is the problem?? can we not address this problem to give home to many children who would otherwise grow up in orphanages? can we not give a great life to these children who can be great citizen of our country!!

Respected Madam, I have a suggestion for Budget 2022-2023. A scheme for common citizens. In that a certain amount above 50,000 can be collected by central govt and give 10% monthly dividend to the citizens. The given amount by citizen can be used by central govt for their various activities. The citizen in return will get monthly dividend with 10% interest. It will be helpful to citizens in India.

Respected madam, I request you to put Swach tax on vaccant sites in Residential areas without maintenance. If bushes and garbage deposited in Un maintained sites,it will lead to health and insect hazards. To get the highest value, the site owners are kept vaccant. If SWACH TAX implemented, the site owners will keep it clean. It'll give additional income to Government. Also introduce additional tax for the buildings without proper maintenance to reduce the building collapses and deaths. jai hind

Dear sirs, we the self respecting citizens who do not beg for survival and the core feelers cum sympathesizers of the incumbent govt want to see Mr. Modi as our PM for another term or his declaration of 75yrs age bar for politicos are aspiring a decent financial budget which may fulfil our aspirations as well as enable Mr. Modi to continue his office. This is the last foundational financial budget on which 2023 budget will rest unless it would be great hurdles to swim the electoral ocean inindia
