No Growth possible unless you leave sufficient fund in the hand. Your Tax Policies is worst and Cruel. I challenge openly if you implement my suggestions then India will get Growth rate of 15% without 2 years. No Income Tax till 20 Lacs. Above 20 Lacs to 50 Lacs 10% and 50 Lacs to 1cr.20% and 1cr and above 40%. No surcharge. No Rebates. Employees Standard Deduction 10% of Gross Salary. NPS Rebate till 2 lacs. Big Cities employees are highly harrassed. They are bound to keep servants to perform their duties. All the expenses to perform the duties should come in Exempted expenses. You can not keep Ambani Tax slab and an employee Tax slab same as 30%. Bangalore Employees earning even One Lac per month is hand to mouth due to your cruel Tax policy.

Substantial rise in Income Tax slabs is required. Retired middle class taxpayers pay taxes at rates similar to rates for rich taxpayers in Western Countries. The income for the govt from this lot of taxpayers is negligible.

Respected FM, Please find below my submission : 1.Direct Tax collection and coverage have to be maximized through Tax evasion and arresting dishonesty of major population. 2.We understand that 95% population of India do not pay any Income Tax but some strict tool has to be applied so that Income Tax can be collected from more people, at least from 25% of the population who are dishonestly hiding their income to avoid Income Tax. 3. Limit of exemption u/s 80C of IT Act has to be increased. 4.There should be some special advantages for honest Taxpayers of India who are helping GOI to build the nation. 5.There should be some Tax shield for the Private sector Employees because their employment is not secured. 6.Financial benefit for BPL population is not distributed to the right or BPL person. There is a section of dishonest non-BPL people are opening Jandhan A/C through SBI and receiving all GOI money and grants time to time. 7.A strong Audit has to be conducted for the same.
