Respected Sir / Madam, My suggestion is regarding section 36(1)(va) of income tax act 1961 As per this section Any sum received from employees as contribution to any provident fund or superannuation fund or any fund set up under ESI Act or any other fund for the welfare of employees is not credited to the employees account on or before due date as per that act than it is disallowed to the tax payers. My suggestion is that the government should give some relation say at least 15 days in that because the delay may be due to bank server not responding or PF & Esic Site is not responding due to some technical reason . In Many cases I have seen that the delay is only of 1 to 3 days and due to that lakhs of rupees are disallowed and the assessee have to bear the tax burden on it. Though he has not conceal any income . This is quite injustice to the honest tax payer and many matters are pending with reference to this section at various jurisdiction level. kindly consider

Respected Sir/Mam, In next Union Budget please give more attention toward education system.Please allot more fund for educational sector. Many children in India has been deprived from education & it is necessary to educate youth of India.Many children work as child labour because they are deprived from that thing or facility. In next union budget please have attention towards that.

मोदी जी, आने वाले बजट में कॉलेज सिस्टम दुरस्त किया जाए । मेरा बेटा यूपी बीटेक कॉलेज में है अक्सर शिकायत करता है वहा प्रैक्टिकल वर्क कम कराया जाता है। स्मार्ट क्लास भी नही है जिसमे 3डी में सिखाया जाता है। और ना ही कन्फर्म करते हैं यदि कोई लैपटॉप पर कुछ सीखना है तो लाइब्रेरी में उपलब्ध कराई जाए। आज की होनहार पीढ़ी इन सब कारणों से पीछे रह गई हैं।
