Respected Sir/Mam It may sound a bit farfetched but my share of the union budget view is that it should start introducing a budget in favor to support the roadside scratch ideas. Also includes a road map to diagnose startups that can change the whole output and point towards the middle class as the audience. Like, supporting the native nomads of an area to being provided to open food carts as a startup idea, and much more! This will not only boost the economy due to massive participation of middle and lower classes but if being monitored in a good way can result in employment opportunities in the long term. Will also lead to the betterment of backward classes by giving them better financial stabilities resulting in their family welfare as well. Because working to earn is a basic necessity we just need to increase and encourage theirs at a certain level to be more diversified as a nation as a whole.

Respected Sir / Mam, The biggest hurdle in online transactions is charges. Other than UPI, all transactions are chargeable and its upto approx 3%, which leads to cash transaction. Requesting you to kindly look into it and if possible, kindly make some cap like INR 1 per transaction irrespective of the value. It will help all of us to migrate atleast 90% to online transactions. Kindly consider...

Kindly look into allocation of budget to have business unit/startups in very diversified and specialized sectors wherein foreign direct investment and export will double in the next couple of years . Some of the sectors are 1. Medical tourism including Ayurvedic treatment , yoga centers, medictaion center 2. Vegan research institutes . 3. Organic farming data and methodology for small cultivators and general public 4. Research institute with result oriented projects of infrastructure development and countrywide connectivity . 5. Gas based power plant research and development body

Respected Sir / Mam, We can regulate crypto under SEBI like commodity to gain reasonable tax revenue for government. Indians can invest through only Indian crypto exchanges by completing KYC norms. Crypto transfer / send to other exchanges or wallets should be disabled. Investors can buy and sell the crypto in the same exchange then withdraw INR to their bank account. KYC & Bank account linking to International exchanges should be disconnected. So without exchange no one can buy crypto.

Reduce the Tax slab rates and allow only standard deduction and other few vital deduction under Income tax. Reduce the number of slabs both in income tax and GST. Simpler tax system can lead to increase in tax Revenue. Transaction tax can be seen as a alternative to Income tax.

Respected Sir / Mam My humble suggestion is about individual income tax slab. Requesting you to increase the tax slab to 10 lacs. Majority of the population from mid and low income group will be benefited. 0 to 10 lacs - Nil 10 lacs to 1 cr - 10% 1 cr to 5 cr - 20% 5 cr to 10 cr - 30% 10 cr plus - 50% (for super rich) We can remove all the tax benifits like 80c / 80d ext. So whatever I have earned between 10 lacs & 1 cr, i have to pay just 10% flat tax. I need not required CA to file.

Please allow some tax exemptions for chronic disease and treatment organ transplant for self and family as the medications process is life long and expensive. The private sector is at a disadvantage as they will not be covered under any insurance schemes for such illness and they are left with no backup or have to maximize savings to survive if they lose jobs.
