Major ordinary people going through saving from their earning income and they get very few interest from bank. Please prepare a slab limit for major and minor investor (saving) to get benefit to ordinary people. Also same the procedure follow for loans. Private or public sector banks not changes their loan interest rate as per govt rules such as home loans, etc. Due to this ordinary peoples face with such problems. Also check income while such facility provide by bank to misuse.

Dear sir, There should be an option to be provided to Tax payer for non availment of benefit / deduction under section 87 ( Tax rate 5% - Rs. 12,500/-). The assessee may pay taxes without availing such deduction. Those amounts for volunatarliy giveup of the deduction are to be routed through a seperate fund. Those funds are specifically used for development of Rural / Agriculture India.

Respected FM Madam, Introduce Transaction Tax and abolish Capital Gain Tax. This will cut cumbersome calculations of capital gain tax. Make it simple straightline direct tax on the hands of tax payer. This will encourage participation of more general public in capital market and real estate transactions. Make all real estate transactions bear an unique id for this purpose, this unique id created by authorised Bank/Housing FinCos/Treasury Dept and without this unique id as illegal transaction.

Employees working under Central Government are entitled For 27%, 18% and 9% HRA depending on category of city where they work at. 9% HRA is too less for any kind of city under any pay matrix My suggestion is to increase the 9% HRA of Z category cities to 12% at least or make it mandatory to build/rent government accommodation with the work place.

Capital Gain Tax: I feel the Government should put a Tax Slab of 10000-10L - Rs.5000 10L-25L - 10,000 and 25L-40L - Rs.20,000 Above 40L - 60L - 30,000 this kind of slab and collect the money during Registration. This will avoid lot of blank money and Cash Transaction happening in the market. Senior Citizen may not be interested to reinvest the money on Housing etc. This would help economy to back to normal.

H’BLE PRIME MINISTER PROPAGATES EMPOWERING WOMEN INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT’s AGENDA INCONGROUS WITH PM’s DICTAT BRIEF BACKGROUND. Indian homemakers are the most efficient home economists, who squirrel away portion of their household budget for a rainy day. This secret treasure trove is their own secret and no one else including the spouse is in the know of it. In earlier times she would invest in gold, but with the PM’s stress on bank accounts for all, the homemakers have familiarized themselves with banking procedures including investing in FDs and other instruments. These savings/investments are their security against crisis situations that may arise for the household. The Income Tax Department has an illogical provision of clubbing of homemaker’s income as they are under the mistaken illusion that housemakers are not professionals. It is being recognized world over that homemaker are true professionals with unlimited working hours and no guaranteed holidays. RATIONAL ATTACHED

There are many departments under central government where officers are required to travel for official works on daily basis or occasionally, to perform official duties. To perform such duty there is no seperate order issued by authorities as it is regular work, hence officer cannot claim TA for such occasionally performed duties. It is requested to identify such department/formation s and plan to arrange vehicles for such officers .
