Dear Sir The emotional and mental domain of teachers is being totally neglected since years in the private schools everywhere. No rules are made on this, neither by the state boards or CBSE nor by the govt directly . If the builders of the nation suffer from continuous trauma ,torture, stress , anxiety, hypertension, depression , how are they supposed to nourish children with high positive energy and fruitful learning. Even a passionate teacher loses his zeal under these conditions where they are expected to meet hundreds of targets in a week where six days are working compulsorily. I ask a question to the school managements," Are the school which have 5 days working, not working efficiently and adding value to the country? This is actually a serious matter to be attended with immediate effect. The private schools are blood suckers and they have a bad habit to overlook all the norms in this regard. Teachers problems must be attended especially in case of women teachers.
