Covering various aspects of topics related to the Panchayati Raj System, Schemes and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through this ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ iconic week, let’s provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas on the PanchayatVision@2047.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs.

Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the Panchayati Raj System would be fulfilled.

Last date to share your ideas is 14th May 2022.

I thinks in Panchayat systems develops by the 'senior illiterate' educations, there are needs to motivations for literature as farming, health, self protections, games, etc. Also needs to develops the co-operative systems for the daily wants foods items and reduceing the LPG rates.

Cantonments are deemed municipalities (http://pib.nic.in/newsite/PrintRelease.aspx?relid=123693). Shouldn't it therefore be strongly questioned as to why the exception is still there in the Cantonment Act which stipulates that a substantial number of Board members would be nominated members who have voting rights? Kindly find the attached copy of Karnataka high court & link Nominated Members Of Municipality Have No Right To Vote In Municipal Council's Meeting: Karnataka High Court Upholds Article 243R(2)(a) https://www.livelaw.in/news-updates/karnataka-high-court-municipal-council-karnataka-municipalities-act-1964-article-243r2a-of-constitution-196950

We often read on news papers that, people or animals got killed due to electrocution from the bare wires laid to protect the land boundary before harvesting of crops by landlords. Also many people get killed due to snake bites in this securing process. Can we have a safe device to perform this task. Government can install watch towers/ hot air balloons (if it is seasonal) with infra-red cameras, loud speakers to make sound and finally laser devices to cause 1st degree burns to intruding creatures. Can we have drones to perform this task when the target is far away from watch towers. Remember, feasibility study and risk assessment is mandatory before implementing this requirement. Remember to inform installation of hot air balloons if any to Indian military and civil aviation.
