government have to make panchayat self sustained and regular election should be held. panchayat have to authorise to impose some tax for development purpose. Many projects at rural level couldn't complete because of shortage of fund. If our panchayats are self sustained it is very helpful.

According to the indian constitution its legitimate right to the citizen's of cantonments in India to provide equal opportunity as per the panchayats and municipalities under the management of local government, with the help of state governament.
Since 75 year of independent india , the citizens of cantonments are treated like second citizens of India, which is against the art. 14 and 19 (a)&(1) of indian constitution. as such our cantonment Vikas Manch is demanding to merger all the cantonments in india, into the nagar panchayats, municipal councils, and municipal corporation's., according to the indian constitution under Art. 243 and its sub-clauses.for better administration and good governance.

Panchayats should become live updating centers of all day to day data of population, birth ,death, education of children , food supply request only , house construct request , health card request , Aadhar request ,
every panchayat member have minimum no of people to monitor this activities also they have support of PDO, anganwadi people, etc ,
in Bharat we have maney departments but not interlinked , if interlinked then Cencus , NPR registry, CAA request not required seperat forum.
members are concentrating on civil construction work why.. I wish these activity of Roads Drainages , auction of market places should stop , Work related to money curreptuon should stop and members shall become facilitators to benefits and document registry.
information of individual business and income tax also be connected to panchatmtat , need to connect Post office , Banks, police station , land revenue department to transparency to panchayat people , panchayat can do more to national intrest

Panchayat system needs to be revamped. Revamping means nothing gigantic in nature, please ensure at least two doctors are available in rural hospitals, comprehensive education system in Panchayat areas, drinking water at the doorstep and sufficient rural job creation.
If going to towns en-mass is minimised, rural India would flourish automatically.
