Hello dear sir All panchayats from all over India must be citizen friendly and citizen centric. so that anything must be planned by taking commen people at the centre. All panchayats must be financially sound to meet the requirements of common people. small small planning must be taken place at Gramsabhas. Sarpanch Panch members and secretary of concern Grampanchayat must take care whether every household from his/ her area are getting proper drinking water, electricity, availing govt schemes etc. Panchayats should look after the hygienic condition of his/ her ward. if it is not up to the mark. then they Should follow up the issue to improve the same. Grampanchayat must look after the education status of the each ward. if childrens are not going to school then they should motivate them to attend school by taking help of local teachers. sir, stop missionary conversion who lure money, some convert under madrasa, many states involved in Hindu conversion, govt should use tactical ideas, logistic laws, demoralize business , divert conflict between convertor v/s converted. suggestion, use of govt fund machinery for conversion must be offense & minister involved liable at personal capacity, recovery 1.make a law missionary has to pay 1 lac month to converted from 2015, most of converted will get more than 15 lac has they expected from govt. 2. new converted has to be given Europe citizenship. 3. beneficiary scheme to file detail of conversion, person involved/ institution/foreign association/ amount received. 4. amend law which make missionary binding to pay beneficiary or confiscation assets of missionary with those who involved , or agent, or, surrender with undertaking details to govt, govt can pressurize international syndicate to pay or provide them jobs in Europe ...reply

Dear Sir/Madam, I really had a dream wherein I see many Engineering graduates are passed out of college. I also see many people are working hard to succeed in getting good jobs etc. I would like to put on my ideas that if government wants employment as well as development of panchayat rather than having projects related to respective streams in last semester of Engineering degree should be avoided and what currently government are working on projects should be assigned to the every team or individual to work on those projects or assignments, by doing this youth have gained experience and will have total control of their own abilities. Also would like to ask government to provide minimum stipend until someone has a good job until they find out.

Panchayat serial acted by Raghubeer Yadav , Neena Gupta and a young Panchayat secretary very correctly presents the problem of Panchayat Raaj where lady is elected but husband works as Gram Pradhan. We need to do lot of work to remove job hurdles for young persons who find their posting in the village as curse and punishment because of total indiscipline and lack of basic facilities. Panchayat Raaj, needs lots of support from the system to encourage youngsters to join the village life and develop it.

गाॅंवों को स्वच्छ रखने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाये। इससे गांव स्वच्छ रहेगा और बीमारियाॅं भी नहीं फैलेगी। गांव में महात्मा गांधी के स्वच्छ भारत के सपने को साकार करने के लिए प्रत्येक घर, गांव में सार्वजनिक शौचालय का निर्माण कराया जाना चाहिए। गाॅंवों में खाली पड़े जगहों पर फूल के पौधे एवं वृक्षारोपण करने के लिए प्रेरित करना चाहिए। इससे चारों तरफ हरियाली छायी रहेगी। गाॅंवों में पहले जैसा बैठक आयोजित होना चाहिए। किसी भी समस्या का समाधान बैठक में सभी के समक्ष होना चाहिए। सभी गांव प्रमुख को अपने गांव के सभी लोग बेरोजगार न हो इसके लिए सरकारी योजना एवं गैर सरकारी योजना का क्रियान्वयन करना चाहिए। जैसे मछली पालन, पशु पालन, बकरी पालन, फूलों की खेती इत्यादि । इससे बेरोजगारी भी दूर हो जायेगी। गांव के सभी बच्चों को ऐसे प्रेरित किया जाये कि वह जिला, राज्य व राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर किसी प्रतियोगिता में अपना जलवा दिखा सकंे। गांव का नाम हमेशा रोशन रहेगा। गांव का ऐसा पहचान होना चाहिए कि पूरे देश वाले आपके गांव की तारिफ करें। इसके लिए सभी लोगों को मिलजुलकर काम करना होगा।

Dear PM sir I am very happy for the wy our indian villages got new technology and other basic and necessary thigns and tools but i want that the village should have hospitals and stores and the most important is education for all ages that inc. library also. I request that it should have a tele communication center.
