Whereas Gandhiji was against governance even by National Army, Armocratic Cantonment Board has 50% Army / Official Members having Voting/Biting Rights +Station Commander as President with 2nd Casting Vote/Canon to defeat 50%Elected Members. Transplant it with Municipality vide Article 243R or merge with adjoining city 🌈

1. Everyone should know Hindi as they can understand directly what government is doing rather then depending on some middle man. 2. Would be great if government can appoint someone at every district level to explain to village people about government initiatives. 3. The government should talk to best business people in the world and try to make a village self sustainable copy paste that everywhere.

Panchat should find ways to be self reliant & sustainable . Like community schools of USA . Best of the people devote their time & effort . Be it lectures , businesses , operations ,schools . One aspect they need to get agriculture strength & value addition . India missed a beer revolution from Jo /barley/jawar calling it gareebon ka Khana ! Indian vegetables /herbs for treatment . Get royalty ! Likes of Napa valley & many villages r super rich because of grapes ! How can Panchayat replicate it .
