1) Please target:a) to foster the economic, social & cultural vitality & administrative identity of rural community. b) to safeguard & promote sensitive renewal of the natural environment of rural communities. 2) Have Symbolic Recognition of Village Council as local government form in the constitution as Third Tier except central & state powers. 3) Have Online Village Council platform where community & its stakeholders are encouraged to register, take survey & share ideas and thoughts on any topics & Run a Campaign to engage in identifying village’ cherished qualities & assist in vision planning to take shapes. 4) Please remove reservation on castes in election of panchayats. 5) Focus on power transfer of governance from national to intermediate as against to lowest level. 6) Focus on poverty alleviation & unemployment in rural areas. 7) Have uniform integrated Village Development Board under Village council for planning & development in line with central & state govt integration.

All the panchayats accross the nation should be the centre of involvement of people.The panchayat should be evaluated by NGOs.Campaign programme of administrative awareness should be conducted at every panchayat level..At least minimum level of qualification should be mandated for panchayat aspired candidates.
