he motive of the Gram Panchayat is to do all such developments required for the village. Equally, the Gram Panchayat is also accountable to implement all Central/State Government schemes in transparent manner so that each village individual get the benefits of the Govt. schemes. But, some times it is seen that due to some miscommunication the programs launched by the Govt. are not being properly implemented at the level pf Gram Panchayats. I personally feel that in each Gram Panchayat a Board must be constituted to ensure all development schemes of Govt. in fair & transparent manner and certain targets of developments must be fixed during each calendar year. Those Gram Panchayats achieves those goals may be suitable be rewarded at National or State Level to encourage others. The development programs includes drainage, roads, banking, post office, electricity, water, internet connectivity, medical facilities, education and launching awareness for organic farming.

All Panchayats across the country should be connected through internet and many E Seva Kendras should be created to help the needy people. Details of both Central and State Government schemes should be available to public. If anyone is availing loans or misusing the schemes through forged documents has to be punished severely. Real beneficiaries has to be identified and their Aadhaar number has to be linked to their bank account. Subsidies should be given only to those who has been repaying their loans or pay their taxes correctly. All lands grabbed using forged documents has to be confiscated and the offenders has to get life time imprisonment. Best Farmer Award can be conferred to those who use innovative methods and avoid using harmful pesticides in their field. Breeding of Desi Cows has to be encouraged. A world class Vetinary Hospitals in big villages has to be constructed. A helpline number to get quality seeds and fertilizers at a reasonable price should be given. Jai Hind.

Panchayat monitoring is also a prime concern. We have to focus on proper utilisation of funds provided to Panchayat by implementing latest technological advancements mandated for all panchayat. More stress should be given on digitalization of panchayats.

Honorable PM Dear Modi, Panchayat Raj was to litrate people and uplift people towards nationality but today it turned out to be civil works department still we can improve it by converting it to fully controlled departments. make Village panchayat income tax registeror and Income tax support section first so that each individual income is properly traced to accuracies. Make panchayat live census board to have check on population growth. Make panchaysts responsible to take people to Aadhar Kendra to issue Aadhar to every born child within 25 days as mother aadhar no aa reference without name. name cab be updated at age of 6 and panchayat shall drive so that no one is left out of track in Country. same in case of death village panchayat shall raise request to aadhar Kendra with time and place of death later family members can justify. panchayat can play vital role in aadhar support to citizens after aadhar if full pledged then census can be completly eliminated

Honorable PM Dear Modi, Please remove civil works controlling power from village panchayats and also from every political parties members the curreption startes with percentagd of commission from private parties handling project.
