Honorable PM Dear Modi, Any system developed in Bharat will run good until there is no construction work projects , or Maintenenc projects. today's village panchayat if filled with corruption . election to select corrupted people and people invest money for vote, then vote bank politics then make money in projects. even village panchayat tender markets and collect money, I witnessed during Vidana prishat election each village panchayat members were paid 60000 in my kodagu district and openly announced 5 lakhs project for each member . corruption tendered during election this witnesed present govts Vikas. Dir Sir My wish is please remove civil works from control of politicians fully and panchayat shall be used for services only. for NPR , NCR,Vaccination, cencus etc .. for civil projects let village people submit request and companies from far places handle project . gov of Bharat shall collect total project request across Bharat and central gov department complete project

पंचायत राज व्यवस्था पंचायत राज संस्था संशोधन की आवश्यकता है, निम्न अनुसार- पंचायत समिति के सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रावधान को समाप्त करा जाए, सरपंचों, उप सरपंचों व क्षेत्रीय विधायकों को पंचायत समिति का सदस्य माना जाए, ये सदस्य प्रधान का चुनाव करें। जिला परिषद के सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रावधान को समाप्त करा जाए, सरपंचों, प्रधानों, उप प्रधानों, विधायकों व सांसदों को जिला परिषद का सदस्य माना जाए, ये सदस्य जिला परिषद के अध्यक्ष का चुनाव करें। सरपंचों का वेतन बढ़ा कर 25000₹ प्रति मास करा जाए।

2047 के पंचायती राज व्यवस्था के लिए हमारे पंचायतों में शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य तथा दूरसंचार व्यवस्था को शहरों जैसा सुदृढ करना होगा। इससे गांवो का विकास होगा तथा गांव से शहरों में पलायन कम होगा।

Link social welfare schemes to people's participation in the local Governance. There is an ample scope to develop villages with the help of people's planning and participatory approach of development. Skill development centres at cluster or block level with effective curriculum may help rural youth to enhance their skills. Give more powers rather than responsibility to Local self Governments such that Gram Panchayats will increase their own resources. Financial independence is must in all round development of the village. All village's shall have a plan before the cropping season about which crop to be sown. Atleast 25 percentage of agri land shall be used to raise nutritional rich food. Every house hold with sufficient place shall have atleast 5 varieties of fruit bearing plants.

manyaniya pramdam shevaka namaskrar sir, apparently, every Villege has building huge statues and temples, govt has given facilities toilet and other panchayat skims which is not completed and few r not done proper sanitation system. many villeges still have toileting facilities and drinking water problem.. these infrastructure just making miney to ministers and panchayath members not any one. why govt not focusing govt primary schools. why govt is not showing interest Villege water lake and well facilities one avare land atlist 5 tree should be mandatory in order to bring rain and green eco system. and wood requirement coste may reduce. villege skills development as for local area interest and resources. collecting villege money every day one rupies to panchayat which is use for education / villege hygiene and clearness. every villege has to produce own daily usages not depend on D mart and other kirana stores much like jagarry and rice other cereals pulses. oils in organic way.
