* The works done by panchayath in villages are must be take feedback from their respective villages by conducting survey in randomly selected people by higher authorities. * PDO must visit each village atleast once in a 2 weeks

*Digitalization of all the records *Introduction of both written and online application, complaints and other related communications between citizens and officers *In the selection criteria in panchayath level during allocation of govt services to people who give application, It must be presence of all the applicant's and all the members of panchayath

पंचायतीराज एक्ट लागू कर पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री ने ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो के विकास के लिये भेजी जाने वाली धनराशि जो गाँवो तक 25 पैसे पहुँचती थी ।उसे पूरा धन गाँवो के विकास के लिये पहुचाने के लिये यह एक्ट बना अब सीधे धन पंचायतों तक और वर्तमान प्रधानमंत्री ने सीधे 6 हजार रुपये हर चार माह में किसानों के खातों ने सीधे पहुचाने का कार्य किया है।लेकिन पीएम मोदी को गाँवो में विकास के लिये भेजे जाने वाले धन का सही उपयोग हो।इसके लिये निगरानी और मूल्यांकन तन्त्र का विकास करने की ओर ध्यान देना चाहिये।

सर देश के किसानों और जनता के लिए ये जरूरी है कि हर शुगर मिल और कोऑपरेटिव बैंको की जांच की जाए लाखो करोड़ का घोटाला सामने आ सकता है। ये किसानों के हित में होगा।किसानों को एक साल का बिना इंटरेस्ट लोन मिलना चाहिए।उसके बाद इंटरेस्ट लगाया जाए।

Dear honorable members, In my previous post I have listed various approaches in village development. Ofcourse, town and country planning is a priority for creating a village that has some standard design parameters but perhaps equally important is creating hub and spoke model from district headquarters. The idea is that every village should have access to all government departments and institutions. From educational perspective students should be able to travel to & from from the villages. The district HQ should ideally be a magnet for all kinds of village produce. Moreover, instead of catalysing migration from villages the objective should be to develop the villages in such a way that people can work in the service sector without the need for a shift from the villages. Maybe, a hub-spoke between villages and district HQ could be done with good public transportation. Perhaps, hub - spoke models could trigger remittances to the villages and expand the village ecosystem
