Covering various aspects of topics related to the Panchayati Raj System, Schemes and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through this ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ iconic week, let’s provide a strong source of inspiration to all citizens of this country inviting their ideas on the PanchayatVision@2047.

A streamlined governance, especially at the local level benefits the nation as a whole. India is a signatory to the UN 2030 Agenda to achieve inclusive and people-centric sustainable development through the 17 SDGs.

Thus, with greater cooperation from the citizens of India, efforts of the Government of India and the local bodies towards a qualitative and quantitative transformation of the Panchayati Raj System would be fulfilled.

Last date to share your ideas is 14th May 2022.

How to generate the income is more important than how to connect through the fibre cable to rural India has been a long-pending demand for we the people of rural India. composite agriculture operation requires water, electricity, the mechanism of an ultra-modern cultivation system and a motorable road to reach the market in time. Ponds, Warehouse, a selling point for qualitative seeds, grazing ground and electricity are the basics of change and better life that all along been denied since independence. Cooperative is the panacea to all if promoted by corporate tycoons and the cine celebrities through the adoption of five panchayats by each. Rural areas are lacking with elementary education institutions, it could be functional by recruiting local unemployed and retired personnel,as many of them are ready to rendering their service for the betterment of the land, where they took birth.

Dear honorable members, Combining the resources of different ministries is probably the best way to develop a comfortable village ecosystem. It would be also a very sensible idea to have district university campuses involved in village ecosystem development projects. The possibilities are huge to transform any existing village into a habitats with urban quality of living standards. It all depends upon how different ministers and ministries come together with a road map for the villages 1. Providing employment is about educational growth and skilled workforce 2. Providing water supply is about building reservoirs and water tanks 3. Providing electric power is about renewable energy 4. Sewage systems is about waste management 5. Functionality of toilets requires electric power and water supply 6. Roads and connectivity is about hub spoke models. It is what will change people's lives 7. Educational systems is also about accessibility and connectivity

Karm kiye bigar nirvah nahi . let's see the panchayat on race to become zero freebies for daily life survival for food. Y , only with hard earned kamai ! & give opprtunities. Let them contribute for panchayat level , school, skill /apprentice centre , hospital , medical solid and liquid waste management. Zero waste. Let them do upkeep of infra roads. Have as much food /dairy self reliance. all maintained by the community. Public officers paid on par with MSMEs or even much lessor if they have pensions for life & lessor if the next gen will most likely step in their shoes. Infra & connectvity good enuf for everyone to pursue their dreams but 1st make them swalambi- self reliant individual. One decent community centre, market matching the best -so no child /adult feel lost or inferior when he moves out . He has his expertise to share. Sewa . all panchayat should teach the best of the upanishad. Know that by which everything is known through practice ! respect food & its body.

Respectively Sir and Madam, Rural areas ko urban areas ki tarah reform karna jaruri hai. Green Eco-system ki demag pe rakhte hue, wife technology ko barwa dekaar kuch aisa reform hone chahiye ke we are call urban never never rural anywhere in India. Agriculture Ares clean rakhna jada Jarruri hai. Cow ki suraksha karna Desh ki haar ek nagorik ki mann pe hone chahiye. Cow dung ki waje se swachha Agriculture system pure hoga. Jai Hind 🙏🙏🙏

Dear honorable members, Ideally a village should be developed as per town and country planning advisors. Architecture could be standardized so that there is a symmetry in a village ecosystem. The following aspects should be considered for all villages across the country. 1. A games field for the village children with an open pavilion 2. A medical infrastructure based on the population of the village 3. A school infrastructure that could be used for skill development also 4. A bus stand for ferrying people to other places 5. A gram panchayat assembly hall to gather every single village person for any meeting 6. Planned village convenience/grocery stores 7. Proper number system for identification of houses 8. Proper demarcation of settlement areas from agricultural areas 9. Co-operative society for buying village produces 10. Dairy/poultry/pigery farms with Proper veterinarian on-site 11. Solar power- grid for villages 12. Water supply 13. Proper sewage system
